Hôtel très agréable , avec un personnel très dévoué et de superbes terrasses étagées donnant sur la caldeira de Santorin, et parfaitement situé dans les petites rues piétonnes de Thira. |

Owner and receptionist were brilliant with service and information. Magnificent views over Aegean. Only few blocks from Fira town centre yet quiet, romantic location. Close shops and tavernas. Excellent value.Perfectly divine! |

The setting is amazing and the hosts Fanes and Jessica are fantastic! The room was a cross between traditional and modern and the bathroom was very nice with a large tub/shower and modern sink. The view of the caldera is unbeatable and the location is very near to shopping and dining. Fanes generously drove another guest and I to the airport to catch our flights and handled a problem with the safe in the room in a very professional and gracious manner. He and Jessica were very helpful in recommending local activities and transportation. It should be noted that balconies are shared and some of the rooms have very small and/or very high windows. The common areas are spectacular but it may not be good for a romantic holiday if the rooms are filled. |

The location is exactly what you imagine Santorini to be like .. it was magical. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful and accommodating - and the hotel suites are absolutely impeccable. It was the best hotel we stayed in a 3 month long trip around Europe. We were very pleasantly upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was the biggest cave suite - it was just fantastic and had everything we could want for a very luxurious stay. No negative comments at all. |

Postcard views in a quiet, relaxing and friendly hotel. Community feeling & interaction between the guests and the owner and staff. Wonderful location that was just around the bend from the noise of the retail areas. We did not want to leave this hotel. Fabrics on the sofa and bedding were old and stained. Need to be replaced. Stained items - even if clean - make the room seem dirty. |

The receptionist Victoria is excellent! Made my stay totally comfortable Showering late at night (1 am) might run out of hot water. |

The location was fantastic and the rooms unique. We loved watching the sunset over the caldera while drinking a complimentary glass of wine on our shared balcony where we enjoyed meeting other holidaymakers. The boutique nature of the hotel meant that we were always given very personal and helpful service which was appreciated. It would have been good to have a table in our room so we could eat there comfortably when it was too hot to sit outside. Instead we had to balance food on our laps. |

The service was excellent. For the price...it would have been nice for the lavender room to have a lavender touch...mild purples etc. not yellow...these make a difference in luxury,. |

Aroma Suites is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Fira. It has spectacular views. Also, It is part of the tight walkways running through the main part of Fira, but not directly in the tourist paths which makes it a nice and quite location as well. |

Aroma Suites provided amazing service, great location, a reasonable price, friendly staff, spectacular views and an overall wonderful experience. We would absolutely recommend Aroma Suites and would definitely stay there if we travel to Santorini again. |

The owners went out of their way to make sure we were happy and the location and views were amazing. 5 minute walk to the bus station, food, shopping, and gorgeous views of the caldera. The room was very small and the linens were not great, but still okay. |

The view and location are amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a little musty, but it is a cave so that is understandable. |

The owner (Mr Fanis) made sure our stay was memorable by giving a free wine for our honeymoon, and upgrade to nicer room on our second day. Kudos to him. He even picked us up at airport out of no where, which was very nice of him. Great view with excellent hospitality from the owner. All are excellent! |
