Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en het ontbijtbuffet was prima. De kamer was erg donker en klein. Gaf zeker niet het beeld van de foto op de site van het hotel. |

Onthaal is zeer gastvrij en personeel is hulpvaardig. Je krijgt veel uitleg over de stad zowel in Engels als Frans. Ontbijt is goed. Kamers zijn stil en cool. Gratis toegang tot internet is een grote troef ! |

Inderdaad een Art Hotel.Mooie kamers. Goede prijs /kwaliteit. Dicht bij Archeologisch museum en eetgelegenheden.Metro dichtbij.Wijk oogt wat rommelig. In april werkt de airco helaas nog niet |

Miranda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I travel quite a bit and she made the stay at the Art one of the best ever. She welcomed us when we arrived early and throughout our stay I felt as if I were visiting in her home. Marie also went out of her way to help |

Not a greta deal The roon was too snall for thre and the furniture was quaint! The staff tried hard to make us comfortable. Traffic noise - double-double glazing did nor help. Traffic all night and loud. Also the area was decribed as being "bandit country". Not a family location. |

The staff were just amazingly helpful and friendly. In fact, I thought they were the owners of the hotel. Rooms were also very cute..we booked three rooms and all of them were different in design. Location can be a little dangerous depending on how to walk to Metro. Omonia station also has a lot of pickpockets but that's because it's conveniently located for tourists. |

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. All questions were answered and requests were fulfilled promptly. What was most impressive was that no matter what time we woke up, they offered to serve us some breakfast. One morning we were to fly to Santorini and we left the hotel at 4AM. The gentleman at the front desk told us that he had arranged for some breakfast to be available before we left. We would have preferred to stay closer to the historical portions of the city. We did wind up using the metro once we got used to the locations of the stations. |

When we arrived we were given a welcome drink, A map and receptionist gave us advice on where to go. On last day we were allowed to leave bags in room till late afternoon. Breakfast was good Our room was on first floor just above reception and during night you could hear lobby noise. Also as on road side traffic was very noisy |
