Great, helpful staff, big rooms, free wireless that works well, all the necessities are there in a stylish atmosphere. And it was quiet, and well-priced. Breakfast is basic, but good. |

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. We asked for a reading lamp for our daughter's bed and in 1 hour it was placed in our room. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The location was terrific for sight-seeing in Athens. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro and there was a delightful cafe in between that we frequented every morning for breakfast (look for a lot of Greek business people taking their breakfast there, sitting at curb-side tables). On the first morning we discovered that there was no hot water for our showers! The hotel management "comped" us a continental style breakfast as an apology. During the rest of our stay we had plenty of hot water. Our bathroom had a small problem with the draining system and it was easily overwhelmed. For example, if you flushed the toilet and drained the hot-tub at the same time. The kitchenette was dark and poorly equipped (no pots available for making pasta, etc.)!!! Also, the hallway was made from stone and any noise, talking, walking around was greatly amplified and clearly heard in your suite. |

It was very spacious and also very quiet. 1. We stayed in suite 302. There was a plumping problem with in the bathroom, with water appearing around the toilet every time we flashed. The light in the kitchen was too dim. Tv could be replaced with flat screen on the wall. |

Excellent accommodation, comfortable and clean. Staff very attentive, no problem in waiting for us as we had to check in late at night. Children particularly liked the jacuzzi bath. Not a criticsm but the picture of the pool on the website is very unflattering. In fact it is ideal for a small, city-centre hotel. |

Nice location (5min walk from metro stop), nice appartment in the 1st floor (Room 101), very good matress in the double bed and nicely decorated! Very big rooms. Good service/friendly staff. We booked a 4-people suite and we got a 2-people room. It was not nicely decorated, not renovated and very small. We complained and got a much better room the second night of our stay! That was a real grand suite! Next time we will ask for that room again! Breakfast really poor...but they offered it for free! That was very friendly of them! |

The location, the ample size of the apartment, the friendliness of the staff. The lack of parking. There were no carpets on the floors. The bathroom had a useless (for us) jacuzzi and a not very practical shower cabin, where it was impossible to use to bathe the kids, although this was a family suite. |

We cannot say enough about how wonderfully helpful the staff at Art Suites were. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were special and every effort was made to assist us in any way necessary. The staff particularly were wonderfully helpful when we had our bag containing passports and cc's stolen on the metro on the last day. They phoned the Embassy and helped us make it to the airport on time. The apartments are like a little slice of heaven after small hotel rooms we had experienced elsewhere. Spacious with marble floors, spa, effectually 2 bedrooms ( lounge and main), and the bonus of breakfast provided each morning. A lift to all floors! Quiet neighbourhood.Well worth the stay. As with most places of this age in need of some running repairs - shower leaked and power plug out of wall in kitchen. We didnt wish to make a fuss though as when we arrived the AC in the main bedroom wouldnt work so we asked and they immediately got an electrician to fix it at 8 pm at night. Kitchen could do with a few more implements, pans and some tea towels. |

The staff at Art Suites Athens were outstanding, they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable as possible, including a late check-out as we had an afternoon flight. Mariana was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody wanting an enjoyable stay in Athens just outside the main tourist areas. The Internet problems mentioned by previous guests must have been resolved as we had no issues with it while staying there. |

Good location five minutes walk to Metro station. Not in the heart of the action but only a couple of stops away by Metro. Safe area at night and not far from a couple of good restaurants. Large rooms with big bathroom and spa bath |

We selected the Art Suites after reading many reports on other hotels, which were always mixed, there is always someone who has something bad to say but not this review! The hotel was very comfortable and is located in a very safe quiet area which is 5 mins walk to the metro. The staff at the hotel were by far the best we have ever met! They were helpful in making arrangments for our stay in Athens and our travel to the Islands, which removed a lot of stress and leg work while in Athens. All the staff were always very pleased to see us day and night and were interested in our experiences in Athens. The suites was large, with great AC (36C outside!) and quiet enough for a nap any time of day on a very comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Art Suites and would strongly recommend! |
