Artemis Village

This is a family hotel running by a couple. They are quilt nice people, can help with everything. All their suggestions(where to visit, which restaurant is nice) are quilt good.

We feel the bed is a bit wet, maybe because the humanity is quilt high on the island. But the staff helped us to solve this problem.

Location is superb. near of everything and far from city noise. close to the black sandy beach of Karterados. Ana and Artemis makes you feel like home. We had 3 marvellous days.

We were transported to and from the port. From the moment we met the owner at the port they made us feel at home and were so very friendly. This was illustrated by complimentary drinks on arrival despite it being 10pm. The owners are very knowledgeable on the island and overall nothing was to much trouble. We will return.

Mr Artemis, the owner of the B&B is a gem of a person. He helped us in Airport picking, car rentals, attractions planning, general guidance etc. He is very flexible and can be reached anytime of the day. His wife is such lovely person who is very kind and takes care of their guests as their own family member. We felt like we were in home. Very calm, clean, secured place to stay. I will gladly recommend anyone to stay there..

The breakfast could have been better but it is not bad at all.

Exceptional service and great quality of accommodation are the best description of Artemis Village. Beautiful sea view from a private balcony is breathtaking. Artemis and Anna run their business in a professional manner. We could not ask for more attentiveness and hospitality. They provided us with very useful information on what to visit, where to eat and where to rent a car or a scooter. We took their advice for all these options and we were not disappointed. The hotel is not in the very centre, however, it is not a problem as they offer you a lift if you need it. We rented a quadbike which was perfect for us. They offered us tea, coffee and hot chocolate free of charge and any time we asked for it. Anna also offers the drinks herself. We went for breakfast twice for an extra charge - worth it though. We could phone up at any time in the morning and our breakfast was brought to our room!!! Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, the sheets were changed every day too. We are still taken by the high quality of the service we were offered. We are really grateful for it and we hope tourists will visit this place on a regular basis. We were to stay there two nights but we liked it so much that we extended our stay to four nights.

This is a fantastic place to stay away from the chaos of Fira. Aremis and his wife epitomize Greek hospitality. The hotel sits on top of the bluff overlooking the ocean on the east side of the island. Great pool. Walk 100 meters down hill to a couple restaurants or 1k to the beach.

This is not a luxury hotel like some others on the island. It's just a nice family operated facility.

We liked a lot Santorini and Artemis Village. Anna and Artemis are really kind and their rooms are just great. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel as you can stay there in quiet and relax if you wish but also you can get easily to Fira or anywhere in the island by a scooter. Once you are in Santorini you must taste their grapes, fava and feta pita;)...

Artemis Village is at Katherados, away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Yet, it is about a 10 minutes drive away from Fira. At Artemis Village, one can find the peace and tranquility one searches for in Santorini. Waking up in the morning, greeted by the sea breeze and the sun rise. That feeling is just amazing. The kitchen was put to good use and we even ate beside the pool. Artemis and wife, Anna were very hospitable; offering us coffe, tea and hot chocolate all the time.

I think the only shortcoming is that the wifi is not available in the bedrooms. But one does not go on a holiday to reach for internet, do they?

Great family and great service, though a bit far from Fira (the capital), the owner will send you to Fira everyday whenever you want, and of course pick you up at airport/port when you arrive and send you when you leave for free! Every morning Anna (owner's wife) will serve you with coffee or tea, the swimming pool is great and the seaview is great too. Had a fantastic vacation with the family, thank you so much!

Artemis and Anna - the holders of the hotel - are extremelly pleasant and hospitable people!! We appreciated very much their service and very warm attitude to each guest! Artemis village is very nice place, if you require comfortable, not expensive and quiet place to stay! Very positive: just 20m to the sea, nice waterpool, friendly staff, excellent value for money, very clean, food tavern with local delicacies is just nearby!

Quite windy in August and September, so don`t forget warm clothes for this period!

Anna and Artemis were the best hosts anyone couls ask for, they were friendly and told us all about the island and set up exursions and helped us to rent atv'S. They took care of all of our needs. I highly suggest Artemis Village.

The owner and his wife bend over backwards to help you. The resort is 20m away from the ocean, it overlooks it directly and is amazing! The only drawback is that they have no restaurant and there are only 2 restaurants nearby, but for me that was a positive. You MUST have transport if you stay there, otherwise you are cut off really Lovely clean freshwater swimming pool. All kept immaculate Free airport/ferry collection/delivery..what more could you ask for??

Artemis you rock! Our stay was excellent and we could see from the way you helped all of your customers and us, you really take great pride and integrity in the running of the place. You treated us like family, and we're really grateful for that! It's been a wonderful stay and thanks for the hospitality! :)

Almost everything!

Price was high comparing to what they offer but...it's Santorini on the other hand!

Although a few kilometres from the main district, travelling is no problem as Artemishimself is at your beck and call to drive you anywhere! Ive never stayed at a friendlier, cosy, quiet, more picture perfect hotel in my life!no bar, but the family that own the hotel offer a host of complimentary drinks at every opportunity! Absolutely fantastic place to holiday as a couple or a family! Thanks Artemis, Anna and family!

Many thanks to Artemis and his lovely family for making our stay perfect and comfortable! We could not have asked for more. The welcome was warm, the room lovely and clean, the house was beautiful. Excellent location and the views from our room were breathtaking. They arranged a motorbike for us and we were very happy with the service provided. Certainly would recommend! Thank you for your perfect hospitality.

Artemis made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. He picked us up from the port, gave us a lift into town a few times and even drove us to the airport upon departure. Although breakfast is not included, they offer to make you coffee etc every morning. Anna (Artemis's) wife was very helpful explaining the city and organised a tour for us, and then organised a quad bike hire the next day. Very happy with this hotel.

Location is beyond walking distance to the center of town. This is no problem though when you consider that taxi's are only 7€ into town, or bike hire/car hire is very cheap.

You can't really get around other than by taxi or motor bike or hired car. Artemis tries his best to help tho! Always ask him-even his friends!

We stayed at Artemis Village in transit to Paros after arriving on a late flight into Santorini (Thira). We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, and next day driven down to the ferry. Mr Artemis and his wife could not have been friendlier or more helpful despite our fleeting visit. The pool was clean and cooling. The nearby restaurants were excellent.

Everything is fine. Location is just perfect in the green area on the beach side, my room n.12 was gorgeous on the second floor of main villa - bed with canopy, balcony with awesome sea view to wild beach, the sunrises are stunning there, room was large and always clean. Swimming pool is big, clean, water is warm enough. The owners Artemis and Anna are great persons - friendly, open-minded, helpful so much. You feel like at home in their place which is highly recommended to stay for everyone. Myself I'll definitely stay again only in this hotel when I'll come back to Santorini. Thank you very much Anna and Artemis!

We had the pleasure to spend our vacations in Artemis Village. The owners are very kind; they made us feel like home. They picked us up at the port and bring us to the airport when we left. They helped us with all the info we needed about Santorini, recommended some great restaurants and also helped us to rent a car. The room was fabulous: with lot of space for both, very well decorated, with a terrace with amazing views and also a kitchen. It was extremely clean and comfortable! We definitely will come back to Artemis Village when visiting Santorini and we really recommend everyone who will visit the Island to stay in this Village, you won't regret!

Artemis village has a lot to offer, great rooms and large pool, extremely friendly staff and a shuttle service to the port. Only 200m from the most beautiful beach of santorini, it offers great value for the price One must have a car or scooter to access the hotel but artemis will arrange the rental and pick up if you ask him in advance. The city of Fira is 10 min drive. The only small inconvenience might be the 7 am airplane but nobody else in the family except me noticed it.

We really appreciated the excellent service provided by this lovely family (transfert from the port to the hotel, then transfert to the airport, all for free), the room was very clean and the family running this hotel really nice and welcoming.

There was nothing we didn't like about Artemis Village. It is a lovely place to stay in Santorini.

The owner of the hotel Mr. Artemis and his wife Anna were very friendly. They do whatever they can to meet our requirement. They picked us up freely from the airport, provided us free coffee every day, advised us to the interesting spots and helped us rent a car with discount. The swimming pool is quite private and next to the sea. They even warm up our takeaway fish by grill which was very appreciated.

It would be good if wifi can be available in the room instead of only the reception.

No. 1 service.. The airport shuttle service is available at any time and is free of charge. The room is nice and there is a sea view outside the room.

It's a bit far to the town fira, but Artemis will get you to there whenever you want.
