The owners were very helpful and friendly. They accommodated us even when we arrived late due to the atc strike. The welcome drink and cake were much appreciated. The location is good. The bus stop is right infront of Aspa Villas which is very convenient for guests with too many stuff to bring. The actual place is not as inviting as the one in the website. There was no dish drain to dry the dishes.

Being contacted by the owners regarding transport and the friendly welcome. We were supplied water, cake and orange juice in the fridge on arrival. While the room was compact, the kitchen was well appointed. And from the verandah we had fantastic views of the sunset and the caldera.

Good location in Oia. 15 mins walk to see the sunset. Great caldera view from the balcony. The apartment is quite old but facilities are sufficient. Can be quite noisy at night as it is just next to the road.

The views from our balcony over the caldera were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the cave-like room was a cool escape from the hot sun. The staff are friendly and the owner goes out of her way to make sure you are 100% happy. We stayed in no.8 And the shower and toilet were all within the one space which was very small and had poor ventilation. We were offered a bigger room, however it did not have the caldera views so we opted to stay.

The location is amazing, the view from the cave room is beautifull. It is very close to Oia The swimming pool is not on the caldeira side, it is on the side of the road, so it is noisy. The standard bedrooms are confortable but there is no balcony and no sea view.

The view is beautiful! However, the sun does not set over the caldera when viewed from Oia. The walk into town involves a stretch of very busy road with no pavements.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Nikoleta & Dimitris were very kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular and the room itself was exceptionally clean. Aspa villas is within close walking to shops and supermarket so is very convenient. Thank you for a great time. Only downside is that the pool is very small and not on the 'view side' of the hotel. But it's not w big deal, everything else makes up for it

The views were just wonderful. Although the room was small, the small kitchen and the terrace made it much better. You had to walk 5 minutes to get to Oía through a road that in many cases didn't have space for pedestrians.

If you book here you will be very happy. Oia is an amazing place and Aspa will ve a great base. Room number 6 has an amazing private terrace with stunning views of the sunset.

Nice, small, clean hotel. Our room was cute and cozy and included a fridge and small kitchen facilities, a safe, etc. and had the most amazing private rooftop deck overlooking the sunset. Dimitri was very helpful in giving us directions/recommendations. Excellent value too! It was situated a bit east of most of Oia and its pedestrian walkway, requiring about 200m of walking on a fairly busy road to get to the more walkable part, but really not a big deal in the scheme of things and would absolutely stay there again.

A bus stop (between Fira and Oia) just right front of the hotel!!! Staff are so helpful and welcome us when we upon arrived. Our room including a privacy balcony at 2nd floor which can enjoy both sunrise and sunset view in Oia, we loved it so much. And there a small kitchen inside the room, you can enjoy ur meal in the balcony with the stunning view!! So surprise that there a area (like a living room) that can store our stuffs!! I do think not many hotel can provide such places with this reasonable price!!! Just the bath room is too small even we are asian! And a bit noisy for open and close door from our neighboors. Beside that everything is perfect!!!

We stayed in the appartment at the top with the balcony that had an incredible view over Oia. We had the chance to go out for dinner/breakfast etc but decided to get take away cause not many restaurants could beat the view that we had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Meget hyggelig vertskap. De første 3 nettene hadde vi sjøutsikt mot calderaen. Fabelaktig utsikt - klart karakter 10. Oia må bare oppleves! Senere rom I hovedhuset ved trafikkert vei og nordavind. Kaldt vann I basseng.

“Irini who is a host of this hotel was wonderful lady. Her hospitality made me feel that I came back home. As soon as I booked the hotel through booking.com she gave me an e-mail for booking confirmation and informed how to get the hotel from the airport. A room I stayed was with kitchenet, spacious, comfortable and has a nice oceanview. Oia is 10-13 minutes walk from the hotel.
