We visited for 6 nights on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Beautiful view over the ocean. Very convenient location with the bus stop outside the lobby and a car/quad bike rental hire company across the road. Highly recommend exploring the island on a quad, light house and Kamari beach a must see.

We were in one of four 'cave studios'. The views were fantastic. The sunset pictures were great. Cave was comfortable enough. It's out of the main area of town but there was a bus stop opposite.

During the day the terrace was blindingly bright and the umbrella provided is of a material that let's the sun through. Each room has it's own chairs and table but it's a shared terrace so there's no privacy as everyone has to walk past. The small pool is up at the road away from the rooms.

Nikoleta & her husband were lovely! Very helpful and kind. Gave us lots of information on the area and what to do. Location is great, just outside the hustle of Oia but easy walking distance to the centre of town. The communal balcony has spectacular views. A great option for couples looking to experience Santorini at a reasonable price.

1)we booked two double rooms and the rooms assigned where in two different buildings,...so we were separated from the other couple traveling with us, we were not aware of this, had we known we would have chosen a different solution. 2) the room described with the view to the caldera had a white wall in front covering the view. 3)The other room reserved in November was on the second floor, while the room assigned was on the first floor. 4) No help at all was offered to carry our luggage along the many steps. 5) The unfriendly welcome of the owner.

You couldn't ask for a more gorgeous setting or more thoughtfully-appointed rooms. Everything is provided to make one feel at home. Nickoleta and Dimitrios are hard-working, gracious, and helpful hosts, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable; the time spent with them enriched my experience enormously. I highly recommend Aspa Villas to anyone seeking a lovely Santorini experience.

It was hard to have to leave....

The location is fantastic, not too far from Oia centre and relatively quiet spot, the owners are lovely and very helpful. My room is on the main building on the ground floor - leading to a small pool area and a few second walk to the other area over looking the caldera. I will revisit again in the future but will probably be staying on the hilltop overlooking the sea instead of the main building.

The shower area isn't great as there is a small shower cubicle and the curtain isn't cover the whole shower based so the whole bathroom floor got very wet after shower.

Fantastic suite with a lovely balcony with an amazing view! Great facilities in the kitchenette for making breakfast and lunch. Amazing location within walking distance from Oia (it was nice to be just outside)! Brilliant access to the terrace overlooking the caldera. Lovely staff who were so kind and helpful during our stay.

The only negative was the size and position of the pool. It was not overlooking the caldera as it was around the side of the house. It was also quite small in size- so not good if you enjoy swimming! But this really was the only negative in an otherwise perfect stay!

The location is good , near to OIA main street and the main road, and right at the bus stop. Small room and the facilities are okay. Very nice hotel owner couple and son. It is necessary to take the traffic guidence from the hotel before reaching from my experience.

The villa has the required amenities in the room and it is only a short distance walk to the main town of Oia. Wifi coverage is superb

Aspa Villa is not exactly located in the heart of Oia town, so do expect to walk about 5 - 10 mins. To view the beautiful sea of Aegean, guests of Aspa Villa need to come out of their villas and be at the public terrace, belonging to the owners of Aspa Villa, to enjoy the view. Another thing was, I had to lug my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs when I checked in as one of the owners had a knee operation and there was no one else to help me carry my luggage. Hope this is a temporary problem.

The room had a kitchen and a loft, something that we were not expecting. The balcony was very large and had a nice view of the caldera. It was within walking distance of the center of Oia town. Beautiful views and quiet area.

The town itself is inundated with tourists, and we wanted to stay away from the crowds. We were there at the start of high season, so I would never want to go there at the peak. Yikes!

What a romantic place! Nikoleta & her husband were kind to meet us on the road at night, which was great as Aspa Villas is a bit tricky to find, and then help us with our bags, which included hiking down some stairs, but well worth the effort since our room hovered over the caldera. A truly amazing balcony-view with kind and attentive hosts in a town full of character. Morning coffee and sunsets on the balcony with local wine cheeses, meats and olives made for the perfect vacation experience. Location is everything. Aspa Villas is on the left as you are driving into town from Oia. Nikoleta would have arranged for a pick-up for us, but we already had a car. It’s a bit difficult to park in Oia, but toward the end of the season (Nov), it is not so bad, and Nikoleta helped us secure a nearby location when it was an issue. The marble walkway where the pedestrian part of town begins is roughly three-five blocks away. We’re not wild about crowds, so we like being a bit away from the center of things—also, I can’t tell you the number of times I saw some poor soul slogging through the main part of town with suit-cases in tow, trying to hike up and down stairs looking for their hotel. On a positive note, I was amazed to see Greek men offer to help these strangers out of the blue. Still—I loved the location for Aspa Villas—the Oia experience without too much work. Our cave room had what we needed for a three-week stay—a two burner cook top, small fridge, coffee maker with complimentary juice, coffee, tea, and creamer to get started, and basic pots, pans, silverware & dishes. Shopping is just slightly toward town (the church area), and there is a nice wine shop by Aspa, which works in a pinch. Note: the butchers close during the day for a couple hours. For big shopping, you’ll want to go to Fira (which could also be done via bus Oia-Fira). Internet is better on the balcony than in the room, which is understandable since this was a “cave room.

I'm very glad to stay Aspa Villas although just one night, the location is good, it's next to the bus station. And it is not far away to Oia by walk and you won't miss any sightseeing. Even just staying at hotel, you could see Aegean when opening the window. The hotel Mgr is nice as well and caring her customoer very much, at beginning we got some misunderstanding for room booking, but the hotel Mgr is very active to solve it and give me room upgrading to comfort me. So nice person! When I checked-out, I was told the husband of hotel mgr was sick seriouly, here I wish he would recovery soon.

I love location. Just slightly away from the town which means we avoided the crowd and large group of tourists. It's located along the road means there are not a lot of stairs you need to climb.
