Beautiful location, helpful staff, and the hotel itself is perfect much like the island. It has a more genuine feel than some of the other boutique hotels, and is excellently situated to get around easily. The views from behind the hotel are incredible. |

The room is clean, comfortable, and accommodations are excellent, you can even make simple meal in your room. Perfect for a short-term stay. The hotel is located just on the side of the Oia-Fira road, about 10-minutes walk to the center of town. I'm lucky cause I decided to take taxi from the airport. If I take bus to Oia, it would be very hard for me to find the location. Of course Oia is a small place and there is only one road, but they should still put a indication map on their web page for the new visitors. |

The room offered a splendid view. However, the room facilities are quite poor. The furniture was old and the space very limited. I would recommand the hotel for those who really like to have a nice view over the caldera. |

We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the village of Oia and had wonderful views of the caldera. The walk to Fira was exceptional with beautiful views and also interesting geological formations and flowers - so good we walked back - approximately 5 hours due to many photos taken. Breakfast on the balcony was also a big plus. Close to many tavernas all serving delicious food. |

Good and convinient facilities provided-fridge, kitchen,big balcony,swimming pool...the hotelier is very nice. She preprared snacks and drinks to welcome us, quite sweet. Also, the place is good. Oia is really a beautiful place to live. The villa is very convinient for you to experience the morning and the evening of Oia.... I like this place. The wall color is not pure white ,while light lemon. Maybe it is a creative idea, but I prefer white villa in white Oia:) |

The hotel is ideally located just outside the main street in Oia. It's a 5 minute walk to the street with restaurants, shops, and other tourist things. It's cheaper than staying directly on that street.The owner/ manager husband/wife are very helpful and speak very good English. The room and bed are small. |

The owners are wonderful, excelletn english and so helpful and welcoming. Beautiful location, easy to find and well kept hotel. The rooms were clean and stocked. The pool was very nice. Everyhtign at this place was top notch. Wish we could have stayed longer. |

Our stay at the Aspa Villas was fantastic. The owers were very gracious and friendly. The view from our traditional cave style room was absolutely fantastic, we could see the famous blue tipped churches from our balcony and had a steller caldera view. |

Both owners were so kind and helpful. We can't thank enough especially for helping us finding our lost bag and contacting banks! Our room was kept clean during our stay and the location was convinient - bus stop right outside of the hotel. |

location of the hotel, owner of the hotel was very nice & accomodating, rooms were cleaned daily & towels changed daily the lights in the room would've been better if they used those yellow lights, instead of white bright lights, to create a more relaxed mood. |

Hospitable and helpful staffs - hostess helped a lot with our journey back to the port when the bus we waited for was late and when finally came, did not stop as over-crowed. They provided a full basket of coffee/tea for free and many other things like oj, snacks etc. Location -right at the bus stop and within walking distance to town of Oia. The toillet was not functioning very well. YOu can hear the water leaking all night,even though they came fix it right after this was brought up thenext morning, it somehow did not work. A lot of cats surrounding you - for those who don't like them,this can be annoying. |

Staff was incredibly welcoming and sweet! They even invited us to their home during the festivities of a family wedding. The room was charming and spacious. Great value for the money, less than staying in a hostel. We had no hot water for one day but was fixed for the second. The location is about 15 mins walk from the city slightly uphill. Not bad at all though. |

The owners were really nice and greeted us on our arrival, and were always happy to advise us on local transport, dining, shopping etc... The view from the hotel was amazing - as can be expected in Oia! Great facilities too - full kitchen etc... The hotel was about a 5min walk from the main town of Oia, but that's not a big issue at all! Just something to keep in mind for those who want to be right in the heart of it. |

Aspa Villas was located in the perfect location in Oia, Santorini. It was in a beautiful spot about a five minute walk from the main area of the city. The owners of the hotel were so kind and helpful and really made our stay even better. The room was very clean and actually much nicer and larger than I expected for the price. |
