Friendly staff (husband and wife team), minutes walk to Oia (15 minutes walk to the place where people watch sunset), homely, unbelievable price for such good location, bus stop to/ from Fira at its doorstep. |

The location was the best i think in oia very guiet place no noise ,the best view to caldera panoramic near to oia 7 minutes by foot near restaurants mini market and super market ,i think was good budget one from the best places in santorini,dimitris and nikoleta very helpfull the best nothing else no thing all good for this budget and hotel |

Great location in Oia in a quiet area yet an easy walk to the main shopping area. Magnificent view of sunset from our little terrace and bedroom window. Very helpful innkeepers Dimitri and Nicoletta, who have run this 7-room hotel for the past two years. Wi-fi and Internet available...free. Nice breakfast was brought to our room every day by the very sweet housekeeper, Vera. This isn't really a negative for us, but for some people not having a phone in the room might be inconvenient. |

Nikoleta and Dimitiris the owners were so helpful and friendly. They even leave little presents for you in the room! The room was always spotlessly clean everyday. The villas are just outside Oia main village, about ten minutes walk right into the centre. The villas are a perfect location in Santorini and we would recommend staying in Oia to Fira which was very busy. The room also had a little kitchen which was great for making breakfast and lunch. There wasnt anything that we didn't like! |

The owners who run the hotel are so helpful, friendly and thoughtful. We had probably the best two nights sleep at Aspa Villas out of a long holiday. The room was extremely comfortable (very homey) and the coffee, cake, juice etc provided free was a lovely touch. Easy to get to as the bus stops right out the front door and in a beautiful part of Santorini. The view of the Caldera was great too from a very private balcony - would stay there again in a second The pool was a bit cold (was however late in the season), however this often meant that you got it all to yourself. |

The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was also ideal. The walls were thin and noise was an issue both from other guests and traffic. Breakfast was poor value for money with little selection. |

The service and facilities are very good compare to other places (at least on my trip). The location is a little off the major view of the clift. It doesn't have to the view that you would expect from staying in Santorini. Basically, it's right there but facing the other side. |

Our room was well-equipped with a kitchenette so we could prepare breakfast ourselves and cook a meal for our baby. The proprietor had also provided water, fruit juice and a delicious cake. Free internet at the reception was also available which was great.The hotel is not right on the Caldera so it is about a 15 minute walk to where you see the sunset but the bus stops right outside and there is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away The shower was poorly designed such that the water often went on the floor. Unforunately the owners don't provide a pick up from the port like other hotels in the Greek islands that we had stayed with although not too difficult to get there. |

Wow. This hotel thought of everything. This place is very well run and though not super fancy, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The caldera view room had a great (private!) deck that looks out towards Oia and is a lovely walk into town along the cliff promenade. A fabulous value on pricey Santorini. |

Very nice staff and a great location adjacent to the caldera. Our room 5 had a caldera view and a smsll balcony although not right on the Cldera you can see the see, Thirasia, Oia town and the sunsets. Very nice for a relaxing holiday and a nice touch was that the maid brings your breakfast to yopur room to your room. The breakfast was very good and varied daily. You can easily walk into Oia with fantastic views all of the way, there are lots of restaurants in Oia plus shops. The local bus stops outside and it is easy to get to Thira and only costs one euro 40. Rooms are a bit snug and the pool was cold a bit in September. |

The owners were extremely nice and helpful. The room was spotless. Room 2 was very noisy. We woke up to trash collection at 5:00 am every morning. The picture on booking.com is misleading because the hotel has no common area that you view caldera. The pool and all rooms except for one looks at the road and the opposite side of the island. |

Very friendly owner. Amazing view of Caldera. Bought food at the local market, cooked breakfast and ate on the patio staring at the amazing view every morning. Easy 5 min walk down to Oia. |

Location gave a panoramic view of the island including the Caldera, while the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast delivered to your room each morning was an excellent start to each day as we ate on the balcony overlooking the Caldera Not really although the bathroom was a bit small |

The view of the ocean and sunset and the private balcony with beach chairs are the highlights of my stay. Very nice view of sunset of Oia from the private balcony. Well worth the bucks! Water pressure is very low and showering could be more comfortable. |

We was very surprise because of bus stop is in front of the hotel and 1 minute to mini market, very convenient. Also less than 10 minutes to Oia centre by walk. About view, it was stunning sunset view from our private roof. Moreover, owner was very nice. Lovely holiday for us. Suitable for a couple which prefer quiet and private. Power of water wasn't enough, a bit difficult to have shower. |

We spent a number of nights at Aspa Villas and found the room to be spacious and functional. The husband and wife team at reception spoke english and were very helpful to us when discussing travel plans, general information, and dining. The large terrace was very nice as well as the free Wi-Fi. I thought the price was reasonable for the location and amenities. I would stay there again. The shower in the room was very small as well as the outdoor pool (which was freezing cold. You are right on the main road so travel can be noisy at times |

The owner/proprietors were very good to us- friendly, accomodating, and helpful when we found ourselves in a scheduling pinch. Though we didn't splurge for a room facing the caldera, it hardly seemed to matter since it was only about 30 steps away. The breakfast provided was satisfactory the 2 mornings we had it; I liked that the room and building design seemed to reflect local style. We weren't crazy about how our shower had nothing more than a curtain to separate it from the rest of the small bathroom- this can result in a very wet floor; when I'm not in the shower I prefer to be able to stay dry without wearing sandals/flip flops. But I'm also a fairly amateur traveler, and this sort of thing may be petty for others. |

I meet again Nikoleta and Dimitris. Nice people with a lot of information for the island. The bus stop is just out side. The room was very clean. The swimming pool. I really like the free wifi at my room. When my mobile broke the available laptop for free access at the reception. Everything... Nothing, i have a Standard studio, the price was very good and no steps at all. |

The location : very close to the road, hence noisy. The room was very dark and gloomy, the swimming pool looks like a bath. It's very expensive for what it is. A rip off like everything in Santorin. |
