该地方的景观不是OIA最漂亮的地方，不过已经很好了

房间很大，带有露台，很适合短期居家生活。

距离悬崖虽只有20米，但却是整体靠道路这边，无法欣赏到悬崖、火山美景，与预期的房价有差距。

家庭房宽敞舒适，洞穴式设计，一层主卧，木楼梯通至2层阁楼卧室，内有厨房 用具齐备；适合家庭式或4人出游

在Oia，可看到日落与火山；但不在悬崖上，位置并非最佳；旅店主人态度一般

The location was the best i think in oia very guiet place no noise ,the best view to caldera panoramic near to oia 7 minutes by foot near restaurants mini market and super market ,i think was good budget one from the best places in santorini,dimitris and nikoleta very helpfull the best nothing else

The owners who run the hotel are so helpful, friendly and thoughtful. We had probably the best two nights sleep at Aspa Villas out of a long holiday. The room was extremely comfortable (very homey) and the coffee, cake, juice etc provided free was a lovely touch. Easy to get to as the bus stops right out the front door and in a beautiful part of Santorini. The view of the Caldera was great too from a very private balcony - would stay there again in a second

The pool was a bit cold (was however late in the season), however this often meant that you got it all to yourself.

The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was also ideal.

The walls were thin and noise was an issue both from other guests and traffic. Breakfast was poor value for money with little selection.

Our room was well-equipped with a kitchenette so we could prepare breakfast ourselves and cook a meal for our baby. The proprietor had also provided water, fruit juice and a delicious cake. Free internet at the reception was also available which was great.The hotel is not right on the Caldera so it is about a 15 minute walk to where you see the sunset but the bus stops right outside and there is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away

The shower was poorly designed such that the water often went on the floor. Unforunately the owners don't provide a pick up from the port like other hotels in the Greek islands that we had stayed with although not too difficult to get there.

Very nice staff and a great location adjacent to the caldera. Our room 5 had a caldera view and a smsll balcony although not right on the Cldera you can see the see, Thirasia, Oia town and the sunsets. Very nice for a relaxing holiday and a nice touch was that the maid brings your breakfast to yopur room to your room. The breakfast was very good and varied daily. You can easily walk into Oia with fantastic views all of the way, there are lots of restaurants in Oia plus shops. The local bus stops outside and it is easy to get to Thira and only costs one euro 40.

Rooms are a bit snug and the pool was cold a bit in September.

Very friendly owner. Amazing view of Caldera. Bought food at the local market, cooked breakfast and ate on the patio staring at the amazing view every morning. Easy 5 min walk down to Oia.

Location gave a panoramic view of the island including the Caldera, while the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast delivered to your room each morning was an excellent start to each day as we ate on the balcony overlooking the Caldera

Not really although the bathroom was a bit small

The view of the ocean and sunset and the private balcony with beach chairs are the highlights of my stay. Very nice view of sunset of Oia from the private balcony. Well worth the bucks!

Water pressure is very low and showering could be more comfortable.
