Great family atmosphere and the family that run aspro spiti are the nicest people. This was our second stay here. The pool area is good and it was lovely and quiet. It's not that we don't like it but it is basic living accomodation. Could maybe do with decorating a little but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. The cleaner is good and she cleaned every day!! The family are great too.

Die Hotelzimmer sind gross, für Familien ist es sicher praktisch, dass der Swimmingpool gleich vor der Türe ist. Es ist aller Komfort vorhanden. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und sympathisch und geben sich grosse Mühe, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Das Meer ist zu Fuss erst in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen dies ist wichtig für Sie, wenn sie kein Fahrzeug haben. Das Haus steht gleich neben dem Supermarkt, dessen hohe Fassade gleich hinter dem Pool hervorragt und natürlich auf keinem Webfoto zu sehen ist.

comodita' ai vari locali come ristorazione e supermercati Scadente colazione in un'orario assurdo, la servono alle ore 9, come puoi organizzarti per fare gite al mare????

Proprietaores très sympa situation de l hôtel près de la mer et Kos. Supermarché et arrêt de bus à 50 M. hôtel très propre. Grande piscine et grande chambre Petit déjeuner pas copieux . La fille du propriétaire sert le petit déjeuner sans même un bonjour ou un sourire elle est très désagréable ce qui gâche un peu ce bel hotel

Sehr freundlich geführtes Familienunternehmen.Von den Großeltern, bis zur 3jährigen Tochter sind alle bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.Die Lage ist ideal. Direkt nebenan ein günstiger Supermarkt, Moped- und Fahrradvermietung. Der Strand ist in 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber mit TV,Microwelle,Kochplatte, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Kostenpflichtige Klimaanlage, 5 EU pro Tag. Im Sommer unbedingt erforderlich, da sonst Temperaturen über 35°C im Raum.

Staff e cortesia e igiene. Pulizia piscina ottima. Di fronte alla fermata autobus. Quasi 8 minuti a piedi dal mare, ma meglio così. Al centro molta confusione. Aria condizionata 5 euro al giorno, ma spesi bene.

E' una bella struttura, con degli appartamenticolorati e funzionali; la pisc ina al centro conferisce un piacevole spazio relax. La famiglia che lo gestisce è accogliente e solare. Il contesto è tranquillo e di notte si dorme bene. La posizione è ottimale per girare tutta l'isola Le zanzare...ma l'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata le placa di notte.

καλή πισίνα και πρωινό. αριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. πραγματικά φιλικό προσωπικό. κήπος με βότανα και μποστάνι με βιολογικά προϊόντα. οι μυρωδιές από τα φυτά ήταν απολαυστικές! The pool and the breakfast were nice. Excellent Value for many. Friendly staff. The garden is wonderful. πολύ φωτεινό το δωμάτιο των παιδιών με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνούν πρωί. αν δεν έχεις μεταφορικό μέσο, η απόσταση από την παραλία είναι αρκετά μεγάλη. The children’s room was too bright in the morning.

I proprietari sono gentili e l'ambiente è molto confortevole...le camere sono spaziose e fornite di tutto (bagni con phone e asciugamani, cucina con microonde e stoviglie). Mangiare in Hotel è molto conveniente e I cibi sono deliziosi . Il mare con la spiaggia bianca è a 1km di distanza ma si raggiunge comodamente passeggiando per la via principale piena di negozi e locali. Consiglio di affittare un motorino (10 euro al giorno) con il quale si raggiungono molto bene tutte le parti dell'isola. Aspro Spiti (in Tigaki) è in una buona posizione trovandosi tra Kos città a 10 km e l'aeroporto a 15 km. Buona Vacanza.

Renholdet var generellt dårlig, det ble gjennomført hver dag, men damen som gjorde dette hadde nok litt mange arbeidsoppgaver. Betjeningen var hyggelig, men til tider mest opptatt av hva som foregikk på pcèn. Frokosten som var gratis stod vi over etter første dag da denne kun bestod av ristet loff og kirsebærsyltetøy m/juice og kaffe. Utvalget I hotelbaren var veldig dårlig. Airconditionen fungerte dårlig og måtte betales I tillegg, dette ble det ikke opplyst om før vi ankom hotellet. Tvèn som stod på rommet fikk vi aldri til å fungere da betjeningen ikke fant riktig fjernkontroll til den. Kommer nok ikke til å anbefale dette hotellet med mindre noen ønsker veldig lav standard for en rimelig penge.

1. Accuielle 2. Domaine: facilte au niveau commerce (cotè) et transport en commun 3. Propretè chambre, piscine et parterres aromatisès 4. Disponibilitèau niveua du personnel ( patrons ) 5. Repas exellent, copieux et pas cher 6. Appartement donnant une facilitè au niveau de sa restauration Remarque: je crois que cet un hotel "appartements" qui convient aux jeunes et aux personnes seniors car l'hotel donne une facilité à la libertè de faire comme on veut, que dire nous retournerons avec bonheur (10/10)

heerlijk zwembad. mooi aangelegd met mooie tuin. family run, vriendelijke familie, kleinschalig en daardoor zeer persoonlijk. verse thee van eigen kruiden is heerlijk.

Hotellets ejere + pool. ekstrem dårlig rengøring. Værelset var ikke klargjort. Rengøringsdamen var meget overfladisk. Jeg gjore selv rent. Vaskede gulve + skiftede sengetøj / pudebetrækkende var helt støvede. dårlig indeklima.ektrem mange myg om natten. Værelset virkede som ikke at have været taget i brug LÆNGE. Køleskabet var heller ikke rengjort. Jeg brugte alt for meget af min tid på alt dette....................
