Assamaris Family Hotel  

The garden is beautiful! Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and friendly! Will go back again.

Shower a bit small.

The hospitality of Maria is fantastic. This was our second stay in Assamaris, Asprovalta. Very nice hotel, very clean rooms, fantastic beach.

Friendly and helpful staff, good price, good location, clean and cosy rooms, relaxing bar with beautiful garden.

Near great beach. The hotel has a nice garden, there is parking at the hotel and in the room worked wi-fi. Many outlets. Made light cosmetic repairs and in-room design elements and decor. Transparent sea and the beach of fine sand and small stones. At sea, you can see dolphins. Main street with bustling restaurants and tourists away. Street is narrow and does not travel, so the room is quiet. Features many outlets. Even too soft mattresses on the beds. Nice view of the mountains. Thessaloniki near 72 km. In Thessaloniki, there are wonderful restaurants and shops. In the presence of auto hotel is located very well as up to the big city freeways. Slim and a large TV. There are bras. The cabinet has a hanger. There is an old air conditioner, and a huge radiator, but the work that we did not check.

Room is smaller than stated, tiled floors and no heating, a small balcony and sea view is very limited, even though we were living high on the 3rd floor in a superior room. Not far from the sea 100 and 300 meters. The role of the shutters do not work. Blind small and only half closes the window. Satellite or cable TV is not, there are accepted on regular TV antenna and the picture quality is very poor. Channels is very small and there is not one in Russian. TV, then why not hang the bed, and the side of her. Staff speaks only in Serbian. A very small shower, which does not even fit petite girl. In essence, to wash in this room is not possible. Only 2 pillows and they are very thin, small and tough. Duvet covers not, there is a sheet and blanket. Sheets without rubbers and often fly. Big bed mattress is divided into two smaller ones. On the mini kitchen, why is no cookware appliances and accessories, pots and pans are not. Ants crawling around the kitchen. Tools and accessories for washing dishes either. I do not understand why in the room kitchen? In typical holiday village there are no good restaurants, shopping and cooking. All frozen food and poor quality. The food is not very tasty as in Bulgaria. Coffee in the bar we did horrible. On the palate, it resembled a burnt grass, we refused to drink, but we were not offered another, and money is not returned. In the kitchen, there is no professional chef. Everything in the hotel makes one person. Lovely garden spoils parked in it an old black BMW with parking 10 meters away. All it means is not respecting the owners to the guests. No elevator. Man lifting luggage to the room no. The stairs are steep and not easy making it difficult to lift up large and heavy suitcases. At night on the dark stairs and light sensors do not work. Can greatly fall. Table to work is missing. At the reception there is no information on attractions near the hotel but one of the caves. Breakfast fee - 11 euros for two.

Everything was great. The hotel is at superb location, the rooms are spacious and well furnished. The stuff is really helpful and with warm attitude. The prices at the restaurant are affordable, though the menu is limited. In the evenings/nights it is really quite around and the hotel's yard is very romantic with candles and silent music.

The beach belonging to the hotel is not that good. It is mainly covered with small stones/rubble and is not pleasant to walk over. Also due to frequent abuses the WiFi on the beach is stopped. Fortunately there are many good beaches around - at 2-3 km distance.

The hotel is very cleen and suitable with nice garden, polite and friendly personal, good serving. The beach is near the hotel. There is a lot of good restourants and shops.

I want to thanks Maria for nice staying. She is kind and considering woman, who really wants people to come back to beautiful Asprovalta

Friendly, multilingual staff, excellent location, free wi-fi and free parking - so you don't have to think of such things while you are on vacation. Nice rooms, well-working A/C and a very well kept garden. Your place to stay in Asprovalta, especially if you are with young children - close to the beach and the town center but still quiet enough. If you are a family of 4 and you can choose, go for apartment No. 1 - best of them all:-)

Rreally nothing not to like.

Nice place, very close to the beach. The beach caffee is managed by the hotel (practically all the drinks are prepared in the hotel`s restaurant and brought to the beach) so you can use the sunbeds without the necessity to order drinks. Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel`s restaurant - all the tables are placed in a garden directly over the perfecly maintained green grass. Very friendly attitude - they have reserved a parking place without requesting it.

Although it is a studio with a small kitchen there is no kitchen hood and pots. There is also no electric kettle in the room although stated in the booking.com site. So I would not recommend this room for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Assamaris!!! The hotel is clean and quite and very close to the beach. We had all we needed includng wifi,airconditioner and a parking place. Friendly stuff. We took a trip to Chalkidiki which is about 80km by car from Asprovalta. Will definetely stay at Assamaris next time we are in Asprovalta!!!

Only minus was the breacfast. But it was anyway enough to put something in your stomach before you go to the beach :)

The hotel is nice and tidy. It is close to the beach and well within walking distance even with a baby and all baby accessories. The staff was very nice and helpful. They fulfilled every desire we had. Breakfast was very good and the hotel has decent amount of parking space.

We had two rooms - double and triple. The double room was a bit small for two adults. Neighbour noises were well audible.

The hotel is on a very quiet street and around 50-60 meters from the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels and sheets are changed frequently. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a very beautiful garden which is ideal for rest, coffee and relaxation and for the kids to play. There is wifi in the whole hotel with good connectivity. The hotel also provides wifi connectivity on the beach... Free of charge.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good internet connection, perfect location. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and taverns.

Отлично място за почивка и релакс! Изключително мили и любезни домакини, много добър WiFi, широки стаи и море буквално на 10 крачки.

Nagy, tiszta szoba,a "konyha" is megfelelő, hihetetlenül barátságos a személyzet. A tengerpart az utca végén van (nagyon közel). A város nem olyan kihalt még most sem, mint pl. Paralia ebben az időben. Látszik, hogy nem csak a turistákra építenek. A piacot érdemes megnézni, nagy élmény.

Mi szezon végén voltunk (október végén) a tengerparton sok volt a műanyag szemét.

Sehr freudliches mehrsprachiges Personal. Zimmer gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zentrum zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Gute Tipps fuer Restaurants, sehr gutes Frühstück,eigener, kostenloser Hotelparkplarz. Familienfreundlicher Ferienort mit schöner Fussgaengerzone.

Prezadovoljni smo boravkom u hotelu. Sve pohvale za osoblje I njihovu ljubaznost, uslugu, hranu, čistoću (redovno menjanje peškira, posteljine, pa čak I zavese u kupatilu). Veoma rado bismo opet bili gosti ovog hotela.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése és szolgáltatásai is kivállóak. A szobák és a környezet szép, tiszta és rendezett. A szálloda hangulata valóban családias. Csendes helyen van, de közel a tengerpart, a városközpont és a korzó is. Saját, de nem kizárólagos (tehát bárki által igénybe vehető) strand szakasszal rendelkezik, ahol a fogyasztáson kívül ingyenes a napernyő és a nyugágy. Ide motoros futár viszi ki a rendelést a szállodából. A tengerpart apró kavicsos, a víz gyorsan mélyül. A városközpontban minden megtalálható, ami egy üdülőhelyen szükséges. A korzó éttermei és kávézói minden igényt kielégítenek, több tízből lehet választani. Nagyon sok helyen van magyar étlap is.

Apróságok, amelyek csak azokat zavarják, akik apartman jellegű helyet keresnek szálloda jellegűvel szemben. A szobákhoz mosógépet is ígérnek, ami a mi szobánkban (háromágyas szoba) nem volt. Lehet, hogy központi mosási lehetőségre gondoltak, de ennek nem néztem utána. A szoba mérete megfelelő volt két személy részére, de nem érte el az ígért 45 m2-t. A konyha felszereltsége egy kicsit lehetne gazdagabb. Leginkább egy gyorsforraló hiányzott.

Faptul ca nu au fost programe tv prin cablu , iar internetul wi-fi nu mergea pe plaja desi la intrarea pe plaja era scris mare ''wi-fi zone''.

Eine sehr gepflegtes Familienhotel. Sehr schöne, freundlich und individuell eingerichtete Zimmer. Kleiner Hotelgarten mit Service für einen Frappe, Cappucino, Bier oder Wein, sowie kleine Snacks. Hotel- Strand in drei Gehminuten zu erreichen, zur Promenade mit Tavernen sind es ca. Fünf Gehminuten. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
