Staff is very nice and very helpful. The location is perfect - one block from the beach and shopping/restaurants. Close to tourist shopping as well as the regular streets of the city, yet very quiet. Breakfast is simple but tasty. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our only very minor complaint was that while we are used to firm beds when traveling, these beds were just a tad too firm. We slept well nevertheless.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffé was worth it's money even though it could have been a little bit bigger. Nice and clean rooms. No problems with sounds during the night from the road. We stayed on the top floor (nr 3)

Friendly staff, close to the beach, close to the city center, restaurants and shops nearby, really close to the bus stop. The room was clean, the air condition was working good, the bed was big and comfortable, the internet was free and fast and there was always hot water in the bathroom. The room was a bit too small, there was no window view ( the window saw to the back of other buildings), small balcony, the fridge was small it had no freezer and was not very strong, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, there was no parking lot owned by the hotel though parking was easy on the street in front of the hotel.

Close to everything i.e. beach, restaurants, shopping, downtown. Staff very approachable and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast very satsifying. Would stay here again.

Close proximity to beach and old town It was not a 3 star but a 2 star, u can hear ppl arguing, talking and using the toilet next door and upstairs/in room above, rotten stench from bathroom, if you open the windows to get rid of the stench at night then the noise of the traffic doesn't allow you to sleep. The beds are rock hard. Minimalistic. Really not happy with this hotel Considering we thought we booked a 3star!

Localisé entre la plage et la vieille ville, cet hôtel représente un rapport qualité prix extrêmement intéressant, le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil, la chambre que nous avons occupé était calme et avait tous les équipements nécessaires : climatisation, frigo et mini coffre-fort.

Posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e molto vicina al centro città. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile e la pulizia delle stanze impeccabile. La colazione non mi ha entusiasmato.

Le personnel. Les chambres. Le mobilier de bonne qualité. Le calme de la rue. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié. On n'a le choix qu'entre café et thé!! Pas de chocolatines (pains au chocolat) ni croissant....

L’hôtel Astali est un hôtel familial situé en bord de mer et à proximité du centre ville de Rethymnon. (5-10 mn à pieds). Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, sympathique et est toujours disponible pour donner des conseils sur les visites, restos. Location de voiture dans la même rue, très pratique pour visiter la région de Réthymnon. Très bon rapport qualité / prix et un hôtel que l'on conseille vivement.
