It was a nice hotel with a very welcoming staff. I enjoyed very much the pool. It's position just 300 away from the main square was a huge advantage esp for a 1st timer in Fira. |

clean rooms, close to the main town of fira...good location. however the hotel is on the main road and its very noisy... its a bit expensive in summer. |

Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was poor. Room smelled. Very nosiy, right on the street. did not sleep for 3 days. TV in room did not work. Save your money, book elsewhere |

The hotel is within walking distance of Thira (Santorini) and the central bus stop for the whole of the island making transport and access easy. The staff were helpful and interested in us. The swimming pool was relaxing after a long day of touring and breakfast was plentiful. |

The staff really went out of their way to help us have an enjoyable trip. When we inquired about renting a car, they arranged for the rental company to pick us up. When we took a tour boat, they again arranged for door-to-door service. They were willing to provide extra towels at all hours. And when we left on a 6am flight, they drove us to the airport! |

The hotel is brand new and extremely clean. Location is good, about 150 yards from the center of town and from the bus station. But the road lacks sidewalks part of the way and may be scary to walk on. We paid extra for a "volcano view" road. The view was beautiful, but because it was across the busy road, it was so noisy we could not really enjoy it. Better to stay in a back room. Breakfast was ok. Free wireless was a big plus, as was transportation to the port. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all clean, new, pleasant hotel. |

The staff, the pool, the location, the cleanliness, and the rooms were excellent! The double bed in our room was extremely hard! |

Staff was really healpfull and very nice, Room was big and nice decorated and finally one spacious bathroom. I will recommend to my friends and I will stay there again. |

The hotel was very clean The beds are horrible. They are so hard my circulations to my arm got cut off when laying on my side. The view of the volcano is obstructed by a large building...bummer. |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very clean hotel, and a very good location. I didn't like it when I was not given the room I had selected when I arrived on the first night. However I was later given a room of my choice on the subsequent nights |

Les fresques sur le mur sont les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel. Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé la situation géographique de cet hôtel, situé à la sortie de Fira sur la route principale où le passage des voitures est incessant, donc chambre très bruyante. Chambre qui est de surcroît vendue plus chère puisque sensée avoir une vue magnifique sur le volcan. En réalité, un immeuble en béton à l'abandon se trouve entre la route et la falaise, donc la vue est complètement gâchée! Les chambres sont petites, mal équipées et la décoration extérieure sommaire, ainsi que le petit déjeuner! Je suis très déçue d'avoir réservé dans cet hôtel. |

遅くなると迎えにでられないらしいが、たまたまportに、ホテルノ名前をもったお客さん捜しの人がいて、- ホテルまで連れて行ってくれた。 現金で支払うよう言われたこと。 |

Proximité de la ville appréciable, gare routière à 5 mn à pied. Transfert vers le port assuré gracieusement par l'hôtel le matin de notre départ. Belle piscine à disposition. Odeur permanente dans la chambre malgré l'aération. |

Las habitaciones con boveda son bastante agradables. El hotel está fuera del pueblo de Thira, en una carretera con bastante trafico y mucho ruido de noche, aunque es cierto que en menos de 5 minutos estás en fira. En cuanto a las vistas, efectivamente hay habitaciones con vistas a la caldera, pero como no está en el pueblo no te encontrarás con la imagen típica de Santorini de un pueblito en el acantilado. Las habitaciones con vistas dan a la carretera y a una especie de cantera abandonada. No se cuanto costaban las habitaciones sin vistas, pero el precio de la habitacion con vistas (165 euros, desayuno incluido), me pareció carísimo. Creo que no merece la pena por las vistas que te ofrecen. |

La vue (l'hôtel est situé juste en face du volcan) et surtout le personnel, en particuliers la réceptionniste qui se met en quatre pour résoudre tous les problèmes et les demandes de ses clients |

Personal atento con nosotros, ayudándonos en todo momento con los problemas con los ferries y trasladándonos al puerto. Bien ubicado, a escasos 200m del centro de Fira. Algo caro para lo que es, aunque siendo Santorini, parece normal. |

La ubicación muy buena, está como a 1 minuto del centro, pero viene bien pasear un poquillo. Es un hotel pequeño, sin lujos, pero super limpio y todo muy nuevo. La piscina muy limpia El trato muy bueno. Si alquilas vehículo, hay un terreno junto al hotel donde no hay problema de aparcamiento.El día de irnos nos llevarón hasta el puerto a pesar que no tenian ése servicio. Por poner algo que no estuviese del todo bien. Coincido en el tema del desayuno que era un poquito excaso, pero estaba bien. Por poner alguna sugerencia para el hotel que pongan un poco más variedad. |
