The staff was great, everyone without exception. We were surprised with an upgrade prior to our arrival, no questions asked.. exceeded our expectations.

Astra Suites are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Amazing Sunset View

George has the hotel running like a well oiled machine!! quality and timely perfection is evident at all times. You can relax and enjoy and George and his staff will take over to make sure to every detail. The hotel has amazing views with a fabulous infinity pool and well located for resteraunts. Rooms are very clean and most all have amazing views.

Beautiful location. Views to die for. Junior suite near the pool was ideal position. Yes many steps to climb to the top but kept you fit. Would be hard for anyone who had problems climbing the steps especially in the heat. Breakfast superb choice served on your terrace. Restaurant excellent. Staff were always helpful and very friendly. Would recommend Astra without reservation. Hope to return one day.

You could not get a better location in santorini. The views are unbelievable. George and his staff were fantastic . Nothing was too much trouble for them. I went there as part of my 50th birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier

There are a lot of stairs at Astra suites, as it is built on the side of a cliff. There is no elevator, so if you are not fit, or have mobility issues you probably should consider somewhere else in santorini. My wife and I are reasonably fit and we were puffing at times!

The service was impeccable and the staff were all very friendly and were there to make all wishes come true.From George's welcome to Helen and Christos in the reception to Chris at the pool to Kostas at the dinner time, all were wonderful! Thank you for a dream come true.

Upon our arrival, we met George, who was very upbeat and made us feel welcome! He did a thorough job explaining everything we needed to know, without taking up too much of our time. We were excited about the upgrade to a mini suite and appreciated the surprise gifts. Our room was quite cozy, but roomy at the same time. We liked the pink and blue color scheme, and loved the huge blue-tiled shower. The privacy on our patio was perfect. The rooms and grounds were well maintained and extremely clean. The icing on the cake was the view!!!!! It was nice to stay in Imerovigli, where it's quiet and away from the many cruise tourists who visit daily. But we also liked that we were within walking distance of Fira, for the few hours of shopping we did one morning. We enjoyed the top notch service of Chris (the bartender out by the pool) and Kostas (our waiter)! All of the employees we encountered were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very special. We enjoyed your system for ordering breakfast, and appreciated the prompt delivery each morning. This was a picture perfect 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate... Simply a slice of heaven! Thank you!!!!!

Extraordinary location,beautifully designed,lovely breakfasts on balcony,peaceful,good- sized pool,very good information and maps on arrival ensured we walked to Thira on cliff path which was a wonderful experience.The room with two bedrooms was perfect combination for us.

Stunning views over the Caldera. Top quality service, good quality food.

Our studio had a shared terrace with adjoining studio, so lacked some privacy. The evening dining terrace is just that, an out in the open eating environment, so cold in the evening, once the sun has set - although they have blankets available for you to wrap up in.

Our stay at Astra was simply incredible with a lot of delightful moments. Astra suite is a very peaceful place, exactly what we were looking for our honeymoon. George and all the staff made these days so special. From the car renting to our flight ticket back to Athena, everything was so easy, and always with a smile, I have to say I was impressed by Astra sense of service. No need to say much more, We recommend it to everyone, no doubt it's one of the best choice you can make at Santorini!

Everything was quite nice - accomodation, breakfast, view, pool, staff. food, service...

If only the pool could be an infinity one...

Tolle lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, unprätentiöse Atmossphäre, überschaubare Größe, sehr guter Standard und mehr. Von den vielen Restaurants in denen wir gegessen haben, war das Essen im Hotel das Beste! Dennoch gibt das Hotel sehr gute Restauranttipps weiter. Man kann mit vielen Hotels am Wegesrand vergleichen, aber ich bin überzeugt, dass die Astra Suites eine Super Wahl waren und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein bisascvhen mehr Kerzen wären schön gewesen, aber es war sehr windig und vielleicht ist das der Grund, warum abends hier etwas wenig Romantik angesagt war.

Très bon accueil. Restaurant( soir) excellent et finalement moins cher que beaucoup d'autres. La chambre était très grande et très propre,piscine avec vue idéale surtout hors saison!!!

Genialer Ausblick und sehr gute Lage. Top Service von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Rückfahrt. Die Lage und den Service lässt man sich aber auch gut bezahlen. Aber darüber muss man sich im Klaren sein wenn man eine Top Unterkunft mit einzigartigem Blick Buchen möchte.

Vue exceptionnelle. Deco et architecture magnifiques. Personnel et service 4 etoiles et d une grande gentillesse. Piscine et sunbeds de rêve. Un sejour d exception.

Rien a dire ! Un conseil : louer une voiture ou scooter car assez excentré ( ce qui fait aussi le charme et le calme absolus de l endroit.

Beautiful view, privacy, breakfast in room

For a hotel promising privacy, they called the room too many times. The evening housemaid would also call before coming to change the towels, however even if we did not answer she came anyway, this was really annoying because at 8pm we were taking photos of the sunset and programming cameras to ensure we got the last vital seconds of sunshine, and it was windy so we had to keep taking shots. When we told her to come back later she got upset! Imagine we were doing sonetging else! Not acceptable for the price we were paying. Very upset about that.

Stunning location and service. Staff are vey attentive and respond to every query. They are happy to organise tours and assist with any travel arrangements- great ourc of information. The breakfasts are ample and well presented. The restaurant is gorgeous in its open dining space with great food. The rooms are a relaxed modern design with colours and layout. The pool is a standout with a friendly bar man- to relax and enjoy the views over the caldera. Highly recommended.

The staff was very cooperative. We had pre-booked the family suite but really didn't need 2 bedrooms. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. Breakfast was always ready for us and served on the patio at the time we requested.

Many stairs so if you cannot do a lot of walking forget this hotel.

Местоположение отличное, необыкновенно красивый вид, дизайн , отношение персонала великолепное( особенно Христина и ее муж- рускоговорящие сотрудники отеля), вкусные и завтрак и ужин. Все удобно и комфортно! Спасибо за великолепный отдых!

Постоянно ломался сейф, приходилось вызывать сотрудников отеля для ремонта. Раньше в отзывах уже кто то писал про сейфы, думаю, что руководству отеля стоит их поменять, что бы не портить впечатления об этом прекрасном отеле. Мы отдыхали втроем( со взрослым ребенком -20 лет), и при бронировании взяли номер 80 метров, было указано, что он с двумя спальнями. На месте оказалось, что спальня одна.говорят, что надо было обязательно указать в комментариях про третьего взрослого, т.к номера этого класса, есть как с одной , так и с двумя спальнями. Имейте это ввиду при заказе. Но у нас была большая гостиная и дочь спала в ней , все было хорошо. Советую всем этот прекрасный отель!
