The hotel is near to the beach 5min walk, everything is close. Price was cheap and the apartment was clean and the area was calm. At first night we arrived very late and there was planket and towels missing. The staff didn't speak english so it was a bit hard to communicate when there was a problem. The breakfast wasn't good. |

Hotel ideally situated for beach, shops, and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, room cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed every other day. Pool lovely ...... we had it to ourselves most days. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all not luxury but excellent value money. |

Spacious rooms in the newly constructed wing, large veranda, nice bathroom, close to the beach and shops, nice bedsheets, Panayotis. No TV in the room. Inadequate cleaning services. Poor breakfast (just the very basic, no continental breakfast as stated). Smelly towels. No No towel rails in the bathroom or hangers. Would appreciate more discretion with my suitcase (it was moved during the cleaning process and everything inside was a mess - got really pissed off with that). |

Location is very good: the beach is only a short walk away and the neighbourhood is not busy. The bus stop is very close and so are the many bars and shops. We had booked a maisonette, but upon arrival it was not available for some reason and we were given a small room without proper kitchenette and a window opening into a corridor. We could only move into the maisonette the next afternoon. We negotiated a 10 euro discount on the first night. The 2-floor studio was spacious, but unfortunately it had 4 single beds and no twins. The kitchen appliances and utensils were poor. The refrigerator was new, but the cooker was replaced with a rusty double hot plate. No soap or detergent was provided and the towel change policy was quite incomprehensive - one day we had 4 and the other we had only 2. Water was poorly desalinised and rationed. The breakfast was a joke. |

The owners gave my sister a free ride to the port rather then charge 20 euro We payed for a room with two levels. Upon arriving the one room had two twin beds and was terrible. We had to stay the first night there because hotel was full. In 3 nights had 3 different rooms.It was a disgrace. There are so many better places out there. Because we were there for a wedding and bux do I couldnt be bothered moving. I never write a review about any rooms I stay but I thought I should warn people stay somewhere else |

The apartment was really "original", nice and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Just in the middle between the beach and the main street. There was almost everything around 10 min walk Everything very nice but could appreciate 1) a bin under the sink in the living room 2) a stand for the hand towel in the bathroom 3) a stand for the shower towel in the bathroom 4) a stand to append the shower "arm" and have a shower hands free. |

simple, clean, new rooms, with good large bathrooms- very large shower. Cleaning every day. Great location: just off the main street of shops, a few bars etc. and less than 5minutes walk down the little road to the beach perivolos- and there you'll find jet skis and alot of beautiful restaurants. |

We stayed here during the way-off season, and were the only ones there. But the guy was very nice, we got breakfast every morning, and a ride to the port. All the rooms had kitchenettes. The hotel itself was very nice, about 200m to the beach and the same from all the resturaunts and stores in town. Also, Perissa was a great town. |

Receptionist was very helpful and flexible for all are requests. Didn't have much of hot water in the shower. Must be ok in the summer but in March, you could do with a hot shower at night. |

Hotel atypique.Chambre tres bon rapport qualité/prix,avec un personnel agréable et chaleureux.tres bien placé et bon cadre de vie,a proximité de tout.(supermarché,plage a 2min,excursion idem.arret de bus,bar,restaurants a gogo,etc...)Superbe ville.Placement ideal pour decouvrir Santorin. Peut-etre l'eau non potable.Mais qui est un constat propre a Santorin dans sa globalité.et un petit dejeuner modeste mais suffisant. |

Le cadre dont fait partie l'hotel est vraiment agréable, la patronne est une femme adorable et aux petits soins. L'hotel est proche de la rue commerçante de la ville et de la plage. L'eau dans la chambre avait un goût curieux, comme salé; très désagréable pour se brosser les dents par exemple... |

Es gibt einen weiteren neuen Appartement Komplex, gleich gegenüber mit sehr schönen im Inselstil eingerichteten Studios. Das Frühstück kann man nicht als kontinental bezeichnen. Zwiebach mit Marmelade. Noch nicht mal das griechische Nationalgetränk Frape konnte man dort zum Frühstück bekommen. |

Boa localização Funcionária das limpezas batia à porta (insistentemente) logo cedo. Anunciam todos os quartos virados para a piscina, mas no nosso caso ficámos nuns apartamentos em frente e tal não se aplicava. |

La struttura è molto bella, peccato che non sia molto curata. Vicino alle spiagge di Perissa Lo staff è a dir poco qualcosa di vergognoso, poco gentile, sembra quasi disinteressato! Colazione pessima! Altra nota dolente: c'era l'acqua salata, sfido chiunque a lavarsi i denti con l'acqua salata! |
