excellent front desk personnel, adequate maintenance of the facilities and parking lots. very rude and unwilling waiters at the Doxato restaurant and the main bar. Unacceptable environment inside the main bar due to the complete absence of ventilation (a lot of cigarette smoke like in a smoking dive). Definitely a NOT the tavern of the hotel, five stars pricing but the absolute zero in food quality and service(the speed of the snail). |

Great choice of food, friendly staff, kid's club, free internet corner (although no wireless internet in the room) Although it is a four seasons hotel it is more suited for summer use. Rooms are well equipped but not as comfortable as they look on the photos. SPA facilities are basic - turkish bath was out of order, there is only one jacuzzi and you have to book in advance, even your privacy is not guaranteed because the staff shows jacuzzi to prospective clients while you take a bath. Pool and sauna are fine. |

Distribution of buildings in the area (beautiful gardens, luxury vegetation) The room, the furniture and the bathroom they haven't a 5 stars quality. We can't use the air conditioning, it makes a lot of noise. The beach of hotel is very small, hard to find beds. |

Obsługa w recepcji nie kompetentna, standard hotelu nie zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek, brak w barze przy basenie poza kanapkami innych przekąsek, w restauracji wędliny, sery, podawane w porzesniadania nie były przykryte forlią lub zabezpieczone w inny sposób prze owadami, plaża brudna, zaniedbana, ogólnie nie spełnia oczekiwań według cen i standardu hotelu pięcio gwiazdkowego. |

Πολύ καλές εγκαταστάσεις, φιλικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό. Αρκετά μεγάλο γυμναστήριο πράγμα σπάνοιο για ξενοδοχείο. Υπέροχη παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά. Τα λιθόχτιοστα είναι τελεια! καλύτερη ηχομόνωση |

Sehr großes Angebot an Möglichkeiten. Schöne Lage. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison ist unschlagbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Hauptsaison scheint überzogen zu sein. Keine Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe. |
