staff were friendly, room was cute and very comfortable, enjoyed a good long soak in the bath each night following long daily romps through Athens! Loved the character room we stayed in - something different and a nice change from your average hotel. The location was very close to all attractions, due to much night life it feels safe to walk at night in Athens and back to the hotel, easy to find and exceptionally easy to get there from the airport via bus and underground. |

The hotel is very cool, mainly due to the unique paintings. In terms of cost-benefit ratio, it was the best hotel I ever stayed. Everything was good, clean, and easy. The hotel system/organization is intelligent and next time I go to Athens, I'll stay there again. A small comment would be that I didn't see exactly graffiti, at least not in my room (business) or in the common areas. All the paintings I saw were cool, but I wouldn't call them graffiti. |

The hotel is really as a whole designed in a light mood and has an extremely funny and relaxing atmosphere. Beware of the minibar. As a whole this is very good value for money, with a small cafe, where you can get sensible food below 10 E. The minibar - seemingly catering for young people, with preservatives as well as hang over cures - is outrageous. I've been charged 17.50 for a beer (the list in the room claims 13.50). Really a big black splotch on an otherwise very agreeably bright sheep. |

(1) easy to locate as it's on a main road (2) close to Metro station (3)walkable distance to flea market and some nice restaurants (4) relatively cheap in athens considered the fact that it's rated as a four star hotel (1) location - it's not in a nice neighbourhood, especially at night (2) there were 2 lifts, but during our 4 nights stay only one lift was in service, and it's pretty slow and small (3) the shower facility was poor, water was slow, and temperature of water was very extreme and impossible to control (4) the air conditioning in the room is out of order, and when we called the reception for advice in how to fix it, we were simply asked to wait for it to get back to normal and not able to get any real help (5) the mattress is very soft and not flat any more (6) when we checked in the room for the first night the toilet hasn't been flushed... (7) indeed it's a small hotel which you can't feel it from the homepage (8) expensive breakfast / bar |

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade on the room for free and got to stay in one of the top floor rooms with a big king sized bed and a balcony. The shower was playing up a little, and the bath was a little small. Otherwise, everything was great. |

No bell service when check in. Only one elevator can be used during my stay. No early check-in, no late check out even requested! No hot water can be provided. |

I like the details of designs in every corner of the hotel quite a lot. It's fun and give the friendly atmosphere. My boyfriend was very annoyed by the mini-bar system. Normally in every hotel we had ever stayed gives 2 bottles of water for free as a complimentary, but at your hotel there were 2 different brands of water which one is clearly written "mineral water" on the label and the other one that has all the label written in Greek. The bottle looks nothing fancy,so it make us thought that it's a free one.... We don't have any problem with the price, but the point is It misled us to think that way, really. Please marked something clearly that they are not complimentary as other hotels. |

Not a lot. There was no booking for us when we arrived and one of the rooms was a disabled room which was not used very often!! Most things - the bar was really expensive. |

We loved staying here The Baby Grand is fun and offers a polished luxury service. Also well located for subway shops and attractions. Minibar is rather pricey but there's a kiosk right outside if you're prepared to go out. |

The pool downstairs was nice. On the other hand, people insisting that the pool was closed when there was no sign or any official indication that it was closed, was a little annoying. The facilities are very run down. If you want to decorate a room in an eccentric fashion, which I appreciate, myself, then you have to redo it every couple of years. The pieces of cloth pasted to the wall start to come off, and it begins to look really run down. The next weekend, I stayed at the Hotel Melia for the same price, and the facilities were so much better it defies description. |
