Mooi design maar lijkt goedkoop voor 5sterrenhotel, tijgermatje op bed was leuk, Zeer luxe en toffe relaxstoel, Klein hotel waar ze iets moois van properen maken hebben maar niet 100 procent slaagde. Mooie douche Airconditioning werkte niet behoorlijk, Voor het ontbijt 44 euro voor 2 personen dat gaat te ver. Kleine lift, Een telefoon in de badkamer die niet was aangesloten en vol met stof zat, |

ontbijt was meer dan behoorlijk; originele en rustgevende inrichting van de ontbijtruimte. Personeel was uiterst voorkomend en behulpzaam. geen duidelijke wegwijzer naar receptie bij aankomst(receptie bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping): andere aankomers hadden eveneens problemen. Kamers en gangen wat uitgeleefd (roest, loszittend WC-deksel, brokken van muren), goedkoopste toiletpapier |

The staff on reception and by the main door were exceptionally helpful and kind. They gave me a lot of useful information about Athens, where we could eat, ferries to the islands etc. Mosquitoes! We could not sleep as there were so many in the bedroom. This m,ay be because I opened the window - perhaps guests should be warned not to do this - we are English so don't know about this problem! |

Our room has been upgraded. Their decoration is nice and creative. Good location, just less than 3 mins walk from Omonia metro station. Supermarket is opposite the same street. Wi-fi access is fast. Check in time 2pm is too late. We arrived Athens at 7am and no room was available for early check in. |

some unique decoration on the wall, and the brilliant breakfast! You won't feel the hotel facility like 5 star, and swimming pool in the basement is rather like a fish pool! |

the room was small but it had comfort bed and cleen. I think it was not at all 5* hotel. The building was too old, the swimmnig pool was so small but with the mirror, they maked it larger but I shoked when I saw it as a swimming pool of a 5* hotel. also I think it is better that the responsible pepole have a trip to Newyork and then name it Newyork style hotel. |

The comfortable bed and wide choice at breakfast were the only good things. It is NOT a 5 star hotel and the person who gave it that rating needs to look again! Even at a discounted rate, this hotel is a rip-off. Even the wealthy would not pay the cost of the items in the mini-bar, it was ridiculous (i.e. 6 EURO for a small bottle of water). The pool was small and dirty and you had to pay to use it (20 EURO). |

The hotel was within walking distance to the acropolis... and the hotel staff was very helpful. The area feels a little unsafe once the sun sets. |

Cute and unique graffiti room. Close to tourist location but suggest Hotels at Syntagma area where you can have direct airport bus. Unfriendly reception staff when I first checked in on 17 Jun 09. But must clarify most of them are helpful and friendly. |

The hotel is in a central location. The design of the hotel is quirky, individual and fun.The atmosphere is relaxed. Our room was very smokey even though we had requested a non smoking room. The price of a packet of nuts in the mini bar was 15 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is expensive, even for a mini bar in a city |

Excellent bed! Excellent clean up. Wonderful people always helping us every time we needed. Great design that is inspiring. We liked very much the location. Breakfast could be even better for a 5stars hotel. Maybe it isn't a 5star hotel on a few items but price/quality is 5star. |

Location is great and we really had a very quiet room. The rooms are very nice decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Just a small remark: the towels were not what you'll expect in a 5-star hotel. |

The hotel was charming and perfectly located for us. The balcony facing the square was the best part of our stay. The desk and restaurant staff were as polite and helpful as one could ask for. Arriving after 10 pm, we were forced to buy a small bottle of water from the minibar for 6 euro because there was no complimentary bottle. This struck me as petty in an excellent hotel in a country where visitors may be sickened by the tap water.I was also unpleasantly surprised to find that although you advertised a pool, it was available only for a fee. |
