The staffs are so kind. The try to help as much as possible. The aircondition was for heating and not for cooling as it is winter time in Greece with 18C. So coming from Cold Netherlands weather it was bit warm in the room and there was no means to cool it down. |

The room was comfortable - pillows were soft, closet was spacious and it was handy to keep passports and extra money in the safe in the room. Hotel staff was helpful - we've asked them several questions about Athens and going out with the baby, etc and got prompt answers. They also helped us with calling out to the airport when our flight was cancelled due to the strike and gave us a good rate for prolonging our stay. Front-door man greeted our baby every time when we came in the hotel - it was very welcoming :) Breakfasts were nice - I was expecting much worse from other reviews, but there is a big variety and we choose different dishes every day. Fresh orange juice was great for the baby. It was too hot in the room at night and we had to open the window to get some cool air, the ventilation worked for heating due to winter. It was +20 outside, quite warm for February. The cleaning staff used washing liquid with strong smell, and when we came to our room at midday for baby sleep we had to open the window to get rid of the smell. |

Is the worst hotel i've ever been!! Too expensive, for that terrible service!! The personal seems to be new, don't ask...they don't even tell you about athens! When we arrived they didn't had our room and when we get back at 6 P.M. they didn't had our room!! So we get mad! Obviously!! For new year's eve, we decide to take the hotel "special" dinner... We paid 95€ per person... They give us 1 shrimp (I'm not kidding!!) salad, a horrible fish (no idea what was it) with a blue sauce, and two slice of cake... At 12 we didn't had champagne.. Anything!! Happy new year : ( the rooms are too small, cheap design! They should thanks photoshop and the ones who take the pictures!! These pics have nothing to do with this hotel!! Think before you decide |

The location of the hotel is very central so it's quite easy to get to most city centre attractions on foot. The staff were quite curteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning did not work. Because of that, even though the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it sort of ruins all of these attributes as one is hot and can't do anything to cool down the room. If you open the window the street noise becomes unbearably loud. |

The attitude and politeness of the staff generally is something other hotels would envy. Very professional in every way. |

We found this hotel's location so accessable to everything. The staff was helpful in directing us to good restaurants and getting us taxi service quickly. They were very attentive. A quick walk to the Museum and the acropolis and the Plaka area. We loved the Psirri area and restaurants, but must get there by cab and well worth it. It is not so touristy. Wonderful area. We loved Athens!! I would recommend this hotel for it's service and location. |

Rooms are large and well-appointed (Housekeeping staff were great) and the hotel is in a good location, only 9 minutes walk from the new Acropolis museum and 6 minutes walk to the Fix Metro station. There are numerous good restaurants near the station. The front desk staff are indifferent at best, with one word answers to most questions with a bit of superciliousness thrown in. If you book here, don't waste your money by including breakfast,as the food at this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced. I'll eat at a shady warung in the slums of Jogjakarta and be OK with it, but I couldn't deal with the grease served up at the Athenian Callirhoe Exclusive Hotel. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location, close to metro station and within walking distance to the Acropole. Can be a bit noisy because of the intense traffic on the avenue where the hotel is located: windows must be kept closed! |

The metro station was near and we could get around everywhere...Syntagma, Monastiraki....also u can get connections by metro. We paid 10 € for one week for the metro...cheap, clean and easy. The breakfast was good, but same food for 5 days, but u can make your own fresh orange juice(very good especially if u have babies). The hotel is not a 5star one...3stars or less. We couldn't have an iron in the room because of safety reasons(we bought one so....we solved the issue very easy, especially they charge 7 €for a shirt). The breakfast could be changed at least every 2 days. |

If I remember well the room was offered as at least 20m2, but it was not more than 3 X 4m… I booked a no smoker room but the smell of cigarette was terrible. I could not adjust the temperature- you could increase it only… |

The hotel is rated as 5-star but is at best a 3-star. Very poor breakfast. Fitness room is tiny and uninviting. Not very interesting area. However you can walk to Plaka in 10 min and to Syntagma square in 15 min. |

good location, very friendly staff, nice selection at breakfeast The excessive heat in the hotel rooms and the fact that you couldn't turn on any air conditioning to cool down the room. Only option was to leave window open and there was lots of road noise which made sleeping difficult. |

Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom, non-smoking breakfast room! (only one we encountered in Greece), excellent breakfast, good location (near Acropolis), helpful staff Roof garden with views of the Acropolis was shut. (OK - it was January, but surely some covered area with the advertised wonderful views could have been made available?) |
