Helpful staff; Family suite spacious; Car parking facility; Breakfast nice but could be varied a little; Proximity to city centre (Akropolis, Plaka etc 10 minutes away and cost 7-8 Euros only) Rather dirty area of town; Smallest lift in the world (3 people or 1 person+1 suitcase max) so I had to make 5 trips up and down upon check-in and check-out; Narrowest corridors in the world; Rooms not always cleaned properly and had stale smell when we arrived (My suggestion is old carpets should be changed?); This is more a 3 star hotel. |

The staff at the desk (particularly one guy, Chris) were very helpful and gave me extended information and directions about getting around in the city. The elevator is old, small, and wasn't working at one point. |

Excellent service, very helpful staff. Good breakfast, big rooms. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The bed matress is a bit too hard. |

I was 5 nights. The Hotel is a gem. The staff members, the food and the rooms are wonderful for the price. The hotel is not in a luxurios area but it is perfect. It is very close to the Marriot and to the Intercontinental. I love this hotel. I am a frequebt travel and for the money that I spent it was the best deal in Athens. |

The comfortable family-sized room, relaxing jacuzzi bath, attentive and helpful staff - a good spot to explore Athens, even though most taxi drivers we encountered found it hard to find! (take the hotel's useful business card with you as it has a map) |

Helpful with directions and close to bus stop. I forgot my laptop after reaching the airport and they sent it immediately to me with a taxi. |

The staff of the hotel waw very helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was situated in a quiet distict near the center of the town. |

Big room, friendly staff and room service, large room, nice TV set, nice bathroom room was not as in the photographs, water for bath and shower was too cold!!!! |

good connection on the internet , firendly staff, and the location was realy good for me ( behind syngrou avenue , the main road, between the port and the city center ), 3 minutes to the bus station, 10 minutes to metro small elevator, a lot of nosie during the night , the location is unknown for the taxi drivers |

Very nice hotel with a very professional ambiance. Helpfull and friendly English speaking people. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice room with everything you expect from even a higher class hotel. 20 min. walk to the center of Athens. Shuttle service to the airport. A hotel we seriously recomment. |
