Large room with complimentary internet access.

Locality is somewhat remote and in an area that is not attractive or convenient. Although housekeeping provides an iron when requested but an ironing board is not available, which renders the iron useless.

High speed cable internet free.....and close to many restaurants.

There should have been wifi internet free in the rooms too.

We used hotel restaurant for a dinner and waiter wasn't that excellent as we expected in this kind of hotel, service was slow, his attitude was not perfect, he did not ask us what we like to drink and brought the bottled water, we did not want and charge us for the water 2.80Eur. The price is not problem, I paid, no problem, but this is wrong, devaluating hard work of another hotel staff and making bad picture of great Atrium hotel in Athens.

Though the hotel was sparkly clean and near to the city center I have stayed in better with less money but not so near to the center.The hotel staff was excellent but I cannot say the same for the breakfast that was kinda poor.

The hotel is well kept, clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were made everyday and towels changed as well. Had no problem to commute to city centre as bus service to city centre is frequent. The place is situatted in a quiet area.

We actually stayed here for a night only because we got in from the ferry from Santorini, however the place was very nice. Very clean and great value for money. We were a group of friends and spent only €30 each. Great breakfast as well.

The place seemed really safe, but was far from the center. We weren't really planning to go to the center though since our flights out were the next day so the location didn't really matter much to us.

The staff that this hotel has, is a great asset for their business and they really do take care of it.

Far from downton in in a modest but quiet district.you can not reach the downtown on foot.

Copy of our complaint sent upon departure on august 2nd to the general manager of the hotel - To the kind attention of mr. Marios Grekas general manager Dear sir We are writing to complain on your reception staff behaviour and lacks during this three days stay: First of all this morning at 6 there was no trace of your driver booked two days ago and confirmed every single day from a different staff member who never found previous reservation and each time took a new one!!!!! This morning I paid bill at 5 am and night manager was watching tv instead of controlling that all was setted for the shuttle the result was we have nearly lost our ship to Milos because only at 6 20 after many pressures he finally call another driver otherwise our entire trip of 16 days was just gone as next ship tickets were available august 20. We wish to point out that you all well know of taxi strike and should pay more attention to your guests and such extra services. While we were desperately waiting in the hall your waiter arrived and left his car blocking the hotel shuttle despite we were there with luggages on depart maybe he knew driver would not come ? Before arriving to your hotel we exchange mail to ask for airport pick up as well and none advise on taxi strike which was started already . Your front office staff girls especially are rude and unkind also they never smile nor greet maybe someone could explain that their job is not just staring to pc. Maybe there is a silent strike in the hotel you should manage and you are not aware We will not recommend your hotel and do send this mail in copy to your representative company as atrium does not deserve to be in at all.

Rate given was superb value for money and the overall ambience & service is always superb
