The room was huge and very clean. breakfast was quite basic and the staff very helpful

Not walking distance from tourist attractions and difficult to find by car without GPS

the staff was excellent, they hold us about how to get to the centre of te city, the seaside, etc. They are client-oriented and very helpful.

The staff where friendly and helpfull . The hotel was just what I expected and the breakfast was very good with a large choice.

The tv had only news programmes in English. And the radiator was next to the bed and it was to hot at night.

Localisation: très au calme, bien que non excentré. Rapport qualité/prix largement au dessus de la moyenne athénienne. Location: very calm, yet not off centered. Value for money way above athenian standard.

Nothing, I was shocked and disappointed I chose the hotle as it was ranked 4 star and very good review rating in your website but when I reached the hotel it was nothing like a 4 star hotel. I do travel a lot and stay in variety of hotels but I was not expected a 4 star hotel in Europe to have such a low poor facilities

1. The location 2. The facilities 3. The lack of service their we're minimum staff available although the staff at the counter was pleasent and good but the rest were horrible. 3. The facilities again it looked like run down building the alivator was scary and I am quite confidant it's not suitable. In addition the room was dusty and smelled stalle the bathroom seat was broken and didn't flush.

The hotel was very close to the business event I attended. Also it has easy to the center of Athens in less than 10 min. By bus and Metro train was just 2-3 bus-stops away. I got a special deal for my stay, €45/night which was excellent for my budget. The room was very clean with a big bathroom and a small balcony. The bed was as hard as it should be. I ordered pasta from the restaurant and it was quite good and with a fair price.

I asked for an ivoice for my company but I only got a receipt, which I can't use for my business expences. The consierge told me I had to state this earlier while checking in. The pillows in the room were too soft for me. Wi-Fi was free but not so stable during the first night of my stay.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful and friendly. It's on a quiet one way street you do not hear the traffic roar like other hotels on main boulevard. There were no hookers, pimps or drug addicts around. A few blocks away from very nice moderartly priced restaurants. You could hear children playing in the neighborhood that the hotel in situated in. I've stayed here many times and plan on returning next year. Computer was excellent and very fast. Very nice lounge area and again very safe area of Athens.

The carpet in the room was the weak link.

The location of the hotel was far from the city center. We had to go by bus to Plaka region. Also the breakfast could be better.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price with an excellent restaurant as well as some very good tavernas at walking distance. Free private parking.Nice breakfast and very polite and fast reception.

For the price you pay it is not something that you do not like.

Everything was very good!!! I can't nothing bad! Room is clean! Breakfast is good too! Locations is not so far from the centre ! Bus is only 3 min by walk and if you want taxi is so cheap for the center ! I want to book that hotel again for my next trip to the Athens at November!

Very nice room, good breakfast, free internet and usage of their pc and even printer (I suppose :)). Pleasant staff. Excellent value for the money we've paid (something like 45 euros per night incl breakfast)

The location was not as great as we expected, was not easy to reach a tram line, you have to cross quite a few blocks.

The big bathrooms and glass shower, also being able make my own tea and coffee in the room.

Nice quiet location, fairly close to the Acropolis and Athens city center. The underground parking is very useful if you arrive by car in Athens. Good breakfast.

Even if the room was clean enough the carpets were kind of stained.

Breakfast buffet was great. Washrooms were updated

No fan in washroom. Carpets are filthy. Could not eat at hotel when we arrived because cook was not there. So after hours of traveling we had to go out again to Eat. The prices for water, drinks and alcohol were not reasonable at all

the gentleman at the front desk when we arrived, was as nice and helpful as any other hotel i've been to. he answered all our questions, gave advice, helped us arrange taxis, and whatever else he could do. unfortunately, he was there only that one time, and everyone else could not, or would not do much.

We booked this hotel after reading its close proximity to the acropolis. this was not at all the case. it is 30-40 minute walk, so we were forced to take taxis everywhere from there. the hotel was not as luxurious as expected, no pool, small breakfast. there were problems with air conditioning, and my balcony door did not lock. not a very secure feeling. staff was not helpful at all.

Wireless internet was not the level of the category of hotel.
