Bardzo blisko do centrum / metra, miła obsługa, w pokoju czysto i dobre wyposażenie. Powitalna kawa i owoce. Śniadanie w cenie pokoju. Obluzowane uchwyty w łazience. Trochę za wysoka cena w stosunku do jakości. |

Znakomita lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta; bardzo dobry dojazd z lotniska (zwykle metrem, obecnie w zwiazku z rozbudowa metra - autobusowa linia ), obok przystanka autobusu turstycznego obwozacego turystow po miescie. Tak, mielismy zarezerwoany (i potwierdzony) pokoj rodzinny dla 3 osób, niestety nie otrzymalismy go tylko 2 pokoje 2-osobowe fakt bez dodatkowej oplaty, ale z b.brzydkim widokiem z okien na ruinę sąsiedniego budynku. |

The most important feature for a hotel is location with regards to your purpose of travel. If you want to explore Athens city Athens Cypria Hotel will be a good choice. The surrounding is safe and cleanliness meets expectations fairly enough. Try to book rooms as far from elevators as possible because they are used extensively 24 hours a day and that causes noise. |

The fact that was just in the center giving you the possibility to be actually in the heart of the shopping center area and was near the most famous places to go i.e. monastiraki, plaka, syndagma. More help with the suitcases. |

Convenient location for shopping, restaurants and the Acropolis. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were upgraded to a room with a king size bed which was nice. Layout of the hotel is awkward, as we had to carry luggage up and down stairs to get to the elevator for the new wing. Seems like there should be another option. Staff who spoke English were overly busy and other staff members did not seem interested in trying to assist us. |

The staff were helpful and left a welcom package with fruit nuts and wine. We don't drink wine, but it was a nice gesture. The staff at the breakfast was mediocre and seemed a little annoyed at having to serve people. |

Adjoining rooms for family of 5 worked well and rare for downtown Athens. Clean, cozy rooms with enough space for luggage. Very Good American breakfast. Unbelievably quiet when consider it is Athens due to its location on pedestrian walkways. 4 blocks from Syntagma Sq & Metro & Airport Bus.Could walk to Acropolis and around Plaka without crossing a major street. Strongly recommended and would stay again. No parking (garage just down the street 100m) and had to stop traffic to back out after loading, but worthwhile sacrifice for peace and quiet. |

Location is good, walking distance to attractions. Ask for a room in the newer 'tower'. 3 huge garbage bags were right outside our room when we arrived. Rooms are small. Maintenance was poor in our room. TV did not work, bathroom sink drain was broken and our room flooded when we drained the tub after giving the kids a quick bath (after flying 15 hours) and all the water seeped up from the floor drain in the bathroom flloor. Staff immediately showed up to help (were yelling at each other) and clean up but were then baffled we wanted to change rooms, and seemed to take it as a personal slight. They did move us though to a much nicer room in the newer building (then it was a really nice bathroom!) |

I appreciate the fresh fruit as a welcome and the complimentary drink offered after a long tiring trip. The staff at the reception and the breakfast service were wonderful. |

The hotel staff was amazing! We had a terrible incident with our cab driver and the staff immediately intervened and handled the entire situation. They were friendly and went far beyond what I have seen at most hotels. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated... |

It was a very good location and it was nice with the free drink/coffe when we arrived in the heat. The aircondition worked very well and it was nice rooms for families (two rooms together). Good breakfast and service in the morning. |

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from Syntagma Square. The room was fine, very clean, and the fruit in the room and the complimentary drink in the bar were a nice extra touch. The breakfast buffet was above average for other hotels we've stayed in in Athens. We didn't like the lack of any kind of view from the balcony, but I suppose for a city hotel that's not unusual. |

I only stayed there 1 night but was very impressed with the hotel. The location is excellent - very easy walk from Syntagma Square. Staff was friendly even at midnight which is when we checked in. Got a complimentary welcome drink at the bar on check in. Rooms were good sized with all the usual amenities like an aircon, hairdryer, minibar, etc. Good selection at breakfast. |
