Athens Cypria Hotel

A única vantagem é estar perto de todas as atrações de Atenas.

O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim, de carpete molhado. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido, mas foi resolvido. A internet só funcionava no corredor ou na recepção. Socilitei um café da manhã quinze minutos antes do horário, em função do horário do voo, mas não fui atendido. Pelo tipo de hotel, o café da manhã deveria começar à seis da manhã. Talvez pela quantidade de hóspedes, achei os fucnionários com pouca paciência.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, preço razoável, desjejum honesto, funcionários amáveis, educados e atenciosos

close to major sites, pedestrian area. aphrodite street bar was good for drinks and snacks..little balcony, AC, safe, bathtub and shower, no shortage of hot water, front desk staff speak good english, breakfast was nice

The hotel is well situated and comfortable. Near to everything in a very vibrant area. The breakfast was fine and one waitress in particular very nice and attentive to the needs of the clients - wish I had got her name.

The rest of the staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming or friendly. One young lady in particular had a bit of "attitude". I know it is the end of a long very busy tourist season but normally hotel staff in Athens at other places I have stayed have been more friendly.

Everything is fine, location is great if plan to visit the more important points of Athens

Staff were friendly & helpful. I stayed at the rear of the hotel in the "new" wing. The room was a good size although the bed was a bit hard. The bathroom was very clean with a full size bath and a good shower which I understand can be hard to find in Greece.

No kettle or coffee maker in room. Several sets of stairs between lifts to rooms in the newer wing and the lobby.

Specilly the location, close to everything you look for during your visit.

The location is perfect for city trip visitors. It's located only a few meteres from the Syntagma Centre and when you walk out of the hotel you are just a few meters from the shopping/restaurant area of monastriaki. Breakfast was good, but no fresh fruit available.

The view. The Astor Hotel has a view on the acropolis from the restaurant for the same money. This Hotel looks out at other buildings. The balcony was to small.

Proximity to sights and able to walk to most locations with a young child.

No washing and drying facilities for people with young children.Breakfast provided variety for a fussy child.

The location was excellent.Very near ,around 3 min(by foot) from Hotel to Syntgma Square.You can get to any where from Syntgma square,there is metro,bus station,taxi..etc..

But the rate of 117 Euro per night was too expensive for this kind of Hotel.The facilities were ordinary.Rooms were ordinary.Not worth this cost.But I think all hotels in this area charge the same or more.
