Staff attitude Warmth of welcome Service at breakfast Food offering sub standard
I came Friday Paid for access to the lounge And discover that they are close in Saturday and Sunday .
We were initially given a room with an internal view. However, on requesting the reception, and they noticed our dissappointment, they arranged a room with an EXCELLENT view. Very curteous staff. Had a ver good and pleasant stay
Staff, food and cleanness
Service at the reception was excellent. Paid for upgrade to executive floor, which includes breakfast, wifi and refreshments. Not a bad deal as it served in a quit cosy area with personal service by fantastic staff.
The hotel is slightly outdated, with large lobby and situated along a busy highway.

Breakfast, room size
1) Room reservation problems, 2) Beds and pilows were too soft, and some problem with AC 3) No free shuttle service to City Center, Beach etc.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful The beds are very comfortable
The staff at the restaurants came across very cold Far from the centre. The lounge was absolutely useless as the food was mediocre.
Hotel is nice on main road, very easy to visit the shopping areas & port. Staff was very friendly. Very good of facility of having snacks & beverages at executive floor.
The hotel stuf very good
The swimming pool was ver cold , they can heat the water
Location was great as were staff & facilities. Free use of computer & printer to get boarding passes a big help. Also the roof top pool & restaurant were terrific.
WiFi was only free in lobby.
- Access to the Executive suite - Staff very helpful sorting out some booking and communication issues and a faulty air con unit. Fixed immediately. - Regular shuttle bus into Plaka and Acropolis area. - Roof top pool area with a view.
- Limited eating options within hotel if not on executive suite. Expensive. - Location and immediate area not ideal for a casual stroll or walk to Athens central.
King size beds are really awesome. Breakfast is good.
24€ daily for car park No free wifi in rooms Free and paid wifi was slow. Breakfast is a little pricy (28€)
Not much around the hotel. Had to take taxi everywhere. Also charge for wifi in rooms
The day we checked in, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly. every request from us was met by a prompt NO .
Taxi that was called from the man of the hotel was the only one who charged me a 'crazy' price, all the other taxi charged us a regular price with the invoice. You know, even we are tourist we do not like to be considered tourists...
The service from the staff was very professional. The hotel itself is 4/5 for me but in a 2/5 location. The egyptian cotton bedsheets are very comfy and the bathroom is LOVELY.
The location is around a dodgy part of Athens, but harmless. Local Italian restaurant Bella Ciao needs to be highlighted. The bedroom walls are VERY thin and the gym is ancient; man needs a variety of equipment to stay dench.
The stop for the hop on hop off was just outside the hotel and made our stay very convenient.
You have to pay for wifi in the room. Wifi in the lobby is free.
The hotel was beauitful and clean. The staff (including doormen, concierge and receptionists) were all so lovely and accomodating. We truly enjoyed the one night we spent in Athens. The location isn't super close to the main tourist attractions (probably a 20 minute walk), but given the high heat we opted to take a taxi into the main area of town (it was less than 5 euros). In a way, this was worth it to have more space and an amazing Acropolis view from the rooftop. After an all night flight from the us, we arrived around 1030am the day of check in and the hotel was very accomodating to let us check in early and make sure we were comfortable. It was greatly appreciated! They also arranged a car service to take us to our ferry the next day and made everything very easy! A great stay!
Had a great roof pool with lovely views of the Acropolis. Needed a bit more shade though. Nice pool staff. Nice serving staff. Helpful security staff. Rooms had multiple powerpoints of various voltage..
Sooo not a 5 star hotel. Everything was chargeable. Location was in the Red Light district, so surrounded by sex shops and strips clubs. Not good for any family. Restaurant had a a truly limited menu. Nothing for veggies and no fish... Dinner was about £35 a head (ex wine) and £25 for breakfast, neither was worth it. Found a nice place down the road called Ciao for breakfast. Reception staff were rude and arrogant. Free shuttle was not free and ended up being charged to your room. In room Wifi was £16 a day but free in reception... reception was awash with guests on their mobiles, tablets, etc. All in all disappointment of a hotel.
Prices of Mni Bar & Food & Beverage within the Hotel Room Service Pizza for 16 Euros was poor quality, frozen & hard to eat
Clean, great rooms, comfortable, pool area great
No free wi if in room, not much going on around hotel
