The hotel's location is so convenient.

Friendly staff and very clean room

Poor facilities. This is not a four stars hotel

The staff answered all my questions. Near everything, waliking distance.

The position and the surroundings are excellent.

The room was too warm in the night and we could not sleep well due to the noise of the air condition.

temperature on A/C can not be set bellow 27 C, "for the optimal operation" it means it does not work for cooling at all ! there were lot of mosquitoes in the room - could not sleep !!!

The location was great. Great concierge and cleaning staff. Also excellent staff member at restaurant down stairs. Clean and well sized.

I strongly suggest a wifi server be placed on every level. Only wifi connection that worked was at reception and I was only on level 2. This was the only down side to this hotel as I felt inconvenienced having to come to reception everytime I needed the Internet. I would recommend to others as the Internet is fixed as the Internet connection is an essential to most travellers these days especially with the boom of smart phones and tablets and laptops.

Clean and convenient. Although it is located in the city center it is very quite.

Poor WiFi coverage in 2nd Flour Poor breakfast.

The location was convenient to tourist sites and Athens center. We were there on a holiday so the area was deserted. We would have liked to try the breakfast. The room was very luxurious.

The refrigerator items were rather expensive.

Location - excellent! Breakfast is very good - general impression extremelly positive for short city break. We are couple in our early 40, so location in pedestrian aere close to metro, shopping and site seeing locations was crucial. We are staying here again in 10 days, after we finish with our vacation in Peloponnese..

Wi fi sig la was not strong in our room on the second floor so we needed to come down to the lobby.

The staff was great. We checked in very late and we were upgraded to a suite due to lack of standard rooms. The breakfast was nice, and the only negative thing was that the room where it was served wasnt air conditioned so it got quite hot (due to the hot weather outside). Other than that you should stay here if you plan to visit the centre of athens (acropolis, syntagma, monastiraki, ermou etc). Outside the hotel there are many luxury shops and kolonaki is just some blocks away!

Το τμήμα της υποδοχής ήταν φιλικό.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και φωτεινό.

To πρόγευμα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο.Πιο ζεστό νερό για τα ροφήματα και πιο φρέσκα τα λαχανικά. Ισως και κάποια εναλλαγή στα είδη που σερβίρονταν.(Ήταν για 5 μέρες τα ίδια).

Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης και είναι όλο το κέντρο προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια.

Είναι δύσκολο αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο, να βρεις χώρο στάθμευσης. Υπάρχουν μόνο επί πληρωμή. Φτωχό πρωινό.

ειναι σε πολυ καλη θεση για βολτα και ψωνια. το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο.
