Good room service. and i was surpraise but brecfust good

Hotel is not far from omonia, so many dirty people and drugs

Rooftop pool fantastic

The area is decidedly dodgy. You have to step around the numerous prostitutes on the street outside if you walk back later at night .A local business associate of mine told me it was one of he worst parts of town. This said - it is very central to everything and safe if you stick to only walking main streets and daylight hours. It is only a matter of streets before you are in very safe areas.Just make sure you taxi back to hotel after dark and everything will be fie

small hall not as in the wide pictures shown on adds. Reception very close to the hall and the elevators. Feel like need for close watch.

The dinner menu is extremely limited. There was no fish available.

I liked the design, the location and the staff.

The smell of the drains on the second day. Possibly not the hotel's fault though.

I was staying in the same hotel while I was visiting Athens the previous time which was 6 years ago. Was satisfied back then so decided to book it this time as well and I was not disappointed! Very near to the historical center of Athens. Also convenient access to metro (stations Monastiraki and Omonia), within 5 minutes of walk. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel is very reasonable for the comfort and services you get.

Some might find the surrounding area not very upscale, but I did not have any problems during my stay there. The variety of the breakfast buffet could be improved a little, still it's possible to find something for every taste.

Everything was good

Very charming hotel with minimalistic design, very friendly staff, easy access to plaka,monastiraki and ermou shopping centre, all within walking distance. Don't pay attention to bad comments about not being safe, it was fine and you don't see anything more than in any other big european city. Lovely tarace with wanderfull view of the parthenon,comfortable sofas to relax and have a cigarete if u r a smoker! When I return to Athens I will stay there again!

Rooms although nicely decorated-minimalistic-but not very practical-has no space in bathroom to keep your staff ( a shelf would have been nice) and very small closet in bedroom. For longer stayers and a couple maybe a bit inconvinient, but as I travelled solo and just 3 nights it was fine.Also prices in restaurant/cafe a bit high!

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Fresh and it was just as good this time. It has a good formula of simplicity and hospitality and the roof top terrace and restaurant with views of the Acropolis are its best features

Location and roof bar were excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and fresh every day and supplies were considerate. The general cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent.

The pool is much smaller than you are lead to believe. The building around block some of the roof top views. There was some noise from the street I.E. ladies of the night but this is similar to much of that district. Tea or coffee facilities in the rooms would have be prefered as these in the bar are around £3!

The roof top bar/ restaurant/ swimming pool/ terrace with good views of the Partnenon. Good sized rooms and nicely fitted out. Helpful staff who organised a taxi for us to get to the airport

No wardrobe in single room. Shower cubicles are modern but shower screen not big enough meaning that the bathroom was drenched with water.

Staff were excellent: very helpful, polite and attentive. The halls and room were very fresh and clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was excellent for shopping, sightseeing and evening entertainment.

No iron in the room. Unfortunately, the area close by has changed and is unsafe after dark for wandering around (though this is no fault of the hotel). The staff, however, were very concerned and attentive to making sure we stayed safe and ensured we had transportation available to take us where we needed to go.
