ładny wystrój lobby i restauracji, ale pokoje proste i troche tandetne. Lokalizacja - hotel przy najniebezpieczniejszej ulicy w mieście, każdego wieczora do samego rana był policjant pod hotelem, w okolicy okropne budynki i fatalne towarzystwo, nawet za dnia strach wychodzic z hotelu. Brak darmowego internetu i problem z housekeeping, panie czasem w ogóle zapominały posprzątać pokoj, czasem przychodziły dopiero po 17! |

Very central location. Metro station in walking distance. Roof top bar was open (end of October). Rich breakfast. Very helpful staff. Expensive prices of drinks at roof top bar e.g. bottle of wine for EUR 35 (Samaropetra). The very same bottle is availbe for approx EUR 20 - 22 in other restaurants! Get modest! No WLAN available. |

Convenience to Plaka. Hotel staff was especially friendly and attentative. Rain shower was refreshing and water pressure was good. Location is kind of seedy. Noisy demonstration the night we were there. |

Hotel Fresh is still as its name ie fresh in decor and has an air of verve and excitement. The rooftop facillities of pool, bar and restaurant with stunning views is quite exceptional. The request on my booking for a room on the top floor wasnot met. |

The staff at Hotel Fresh were very friendly and extremely helpful to accommodate our every need. The hotel itself is very well located at walking distance to Syntagma, Monastiraki, Gazi, the Acropolis... Moreover, there is free internet and a rooftop swimming pool for all the guests. Even though the room was kept spotlessly clean, the room staff were a bit negligent when refilling the minibar, replacing the clean glasses, papar in the bathroom... In terms of the location, while the hotel is very centrally located and the Psirri neighbourhood at large is quite OK, the actual street where the hotel is located (Sofokleous) is full of street prostitutes (women close to the hotel, men a bit further down) at night. If you ignore them, they will leave you alone, though. And they do not go all the way to the hotel entrance. |

Very nice, friendly staff. Skylounge a triumph!! Breakfast buffet superb. Area looks a bit run down first of all, but there are very nice places nearby and its central location make it a perfect place to explore the city and to stay close to where all nightlife takes place... There was absolutely nothing to complain about! :)) |

Beautiful roof terrace & lounge area mit swimmingpool! Good food, modern design and full range of facilities. Very convenient location, close to the center and to nice restaurants and bars (southwest of the hotel). Location is convenient but next to a bad neighbourhood. At night you should watch out going on the streets lying northwest of the hotel. |

the pool & bar at the roof; it has a fabulous scenery of Athens. very nice! the room is also clean and modern. the bed; the hotel arranged for us two sigle beds together instead of one double sized bed. quite uncomfortable as the the two beds kept being separated.... |

Really helpful staff - always willing to answer local-knowledge questions. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice - although you may have to wait for a free table at peak times. Location was great and, for me, not as sleazy as I expected from the reviews I'd read. By Amsterdam standards it was all very discrete! Views from the roof are spectacular - it really does feel like an oasis. Having requested a high floor room, I was initially given one on the second floor. I had to be quite persistent to get it changed - there was one available! With many bathroom amenities provided, it's a pity there was no make-up mirror. These are becoming standard in similar hotels elsewhere in Europe. The pool is lovely but very small and, on my first day (Sunday), the area was very crowded during the day. However, on week days it was much quieter and relaxing. |

Breakfast was impressive but I would like to suggest that they bake less eggs at a time - baked eggs do not look that attractive after 1/2 hour in a warm plate :-( |

I had specifically booked a double room for single occupancy and in addition I had written a very clear message that I can only sleep in double beds. Yet on the day of my arrival I was allocated a twin bedded room and only when I created a fuss, I was given what I had booked which was available ok. The most annoying thing was the receptionist's comment which was " we only know what we have in our books and not on your booking forms" . Now that obviously is a remark which lets your booking system down and you should make it a point with the Hotel's Manager. You can refer to my booking and full name. |

Enjoyed the hotel. The skylounge and pool are a particular favorite of ours. We wandered the streets and lanes around the Plaka and Acroplois and basically celebrated the life of inner city Athens. Some of the maintance of the rooms ie doors don't close properly or sound systems not working. |

We liked the hotel very much and would return there anytime. The hotel being close to Omonia Place, one might want to use a taxi when returning home in the middle of the night. |
