The hotel was well kept, clean, modern, large bathroom, comfy room. Rooftop pool was pleasant, view of the Acropolis from a large distance. Breakfast was descent, lots of variety. Not much around hotel. Only one restaurant right across that was accessible. Location was not as sketchy as other areas of Athens. |

This was the second time I stayed in the hotel. The first time I had a small inconvinience because I received a non smoker room instead of a smoker room as I made my reservation. This was not such a big issue so could say that my first stay was completely satisfying. This was the reason to choose the hotel for a second time, when I was very unpleasantly suprised to find out that I received not cleaned up room. It was a real mess in this room /incl. a half water melone in the bathroom/. The only thing that hapenned was to hear "I'm sorry" from the portier, but I don't think this is enough. This is why this will be the last time I choose this hotel. I don't have the feeling that this is the right place for me in Athens. |

Location (quite central), hotel staff, the tavern just across the hotel entrance (fabulous food and staff) The hotel is not a 5star hotel, considering the room facilities (I was lucky, because I had a special room rate thanks to booking.com, otherwise...). The food and drinks are very expensive (ex. 1 beer is normally eur 3.50 -4.00; within the hotel - eur 8.50). The bathroom is small (bath cabin is not comfortable) and the bath equipment (towels, soaps, etc) does not reflect a 5star quality. Many tv channels (aprox.15) did not work. The variety of the breakfast was also low. The colors of the hotel design are quite dark which makes an unpleasant feeling. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The immediate neighborhood was not the best. The prices for anything 'extra' (i.e. breakfast, use of computer, etc.) were exorbitant. |

Located near a metro station (50 m), in the center of Athens. Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, with a nice view on Acropol. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms with safe and minibar. Prices at the swimming pool bar were a little expensive. |

The roof top pool & bar offered a great view of the Acropolis & a relaxing environment to swim & catch some sun when it was open during the day. I had difficulty ordering room service because they couldn't understand English very well & also the roof top pool & bar was closed of an evening so you could enjoy the lights of Acropolis at night. Seemed a waste of a good entertaining & possible evening alfresco dining area. |

Decor & presentation was excellent Overpriced at the hotel bars, roof top pool bar was meant to be opened til 2am but closed for a private function at 8pm which we were not advised of & we were not allowed to have a nightcap after a day of sightseeing at the key selling point of the hotel - roof top pool bar looking out to the acropolis - rude staff just refused to serve us a drink, completely spoilt the stay. |

The hotel provides free internet access. The gym is tiny.. it does not really deserve to be mentioned as a gym. |

Visited Athens Yes, everyday I had to change my key, it got annoying after the third day. The area outside was horrible, I did not feel comfortable walking around at night or during the day sometimes. But since there were a lot of police around it made it seem somewhat safer. |

Friendly staff, very nice room, wonderful breakfast, very close to metro, nice restaurant just opposite the hotel. The roof pool opening hours are ridicilous. The minibar and room service prices are atrocious. |

The dinning area and the bar is nice. Seems the room has not been used for long time, dust on the table and tv, we had to call a cleanerlady to clean the room before opening our lugguages. Also, You must be very patient with the lifts as they take ages. |

We were upgraded to a lovely junior suite for our stay. The Hotel had everything we wanted and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have come across. We will be returning! We found the prices at the bar, restaurant and in room service very expensive |

the hotel is far from a 5 start and there was nothing i liked about the hotel rooms are durty,beds are exremely hard,no service or help from front desk,didnt want to know if there was any problems, pool not opened, would not recommend or stay again |
