Værelset: Bad ok. Skabplads til tøj var mangelfuld og bestod af 2 høje hylder på 150 meters højde og hængeskab med 5 bøjler. Lampe som faldt fra hinanden på 4 dag ud af 6 dage. Skrive bord uden plads til laptop og skulle deles med tv som stod på bordet. Morgenmad mangelfuld og slet ikke passende for et reklameret 5 stjerne hotel. Jeg vil maks give hotellet 3½ stjerne. Vi har bestilt hotellet til 2 personer og der var kun adgang til 1 internet pr værelse. Jeg spurgte ved check-in om internet til 2, og kæmpede med, at få internet adgang og det viser sig der var kun adgang til 1 laptop pr værelse. Måtte igennem 2 koder på dag 2 og spildt mange værdifulde timer. Valgte hotellet pga. Pool og internet og komfort. Ik tilfreds Bedre morgenmad. Flere udvalg. Varm kaffe konstant og ikke sløse på den sidste time under morgenmaden. Mere smil fra personale, lysere indretning og ikke så dyster som hotellet er pt. Og større pool og flere liggestole, for kom man senere på dagen, var der ikke flere liggestole ved pool. |

Jeg synes det er et lækkert hotel, dog er beliggenheden i et dårligt område, som trækker en del ned. Jeg synes hotelpersonalet var søde og glade og det er altid et stort plus |

Placed right next to a metro-station. Website update about contructionwork at the hotel. Some better beds. Not the best 5-star we have visited. |

Polite staff at the reception . Metro next door. The lifts are too slow. Away from shopping area. You need to move around with the metro. |

The overall service was excellent, very comfortable hotel with a fabulous breakfast ! Clean and very good value for money. Check in time is 14.00, which is late when you arrive in Athens in the morning. 12.00 would be better, same time as check out. |

The roof top bar (the view to the acropolis), location (10min walk to the bars area). No free parking (but there is plenty of parking spaces around the hotel), expensive extras, the shower was licking. |

An excellent hotel right next to the metro station, and a short walk from the centre for all the tourist sites and great shopping. A wonderful stay indeed! |

The room was huge, clean and very well equiped. Hotel stuff were friendly. The pool on the rooftop offers some great views of the city. A bit far from the center, but conviniently located just next to a metro station |

This hotel was clearly an older property which had been updated, but not very tastefully. The updates were already showing their age. A decent enough hotel, close to the metro, but definitely past it's prime. |

We enjoyed everything at the hotel that has a very good staff, concerned in helping us in everything we needed or requested. The only thing we would like to call the attention is the lighting inside the rooms, that seem to be a bit dark....just that...nothing else....thank you ! |

Well located, with access to the metro virtually next door, and helpful staff to point us in the right direction. Fantastic view of the Acropolis from our room (7th floor). Well appointed bathroom. Bar and mini bar tarriffs were very high. Dirty crockery (not ours!) was left in the corridor opposite our room for most of the day we stayed. |

The hotel is very conveniently located close to metro station; has good breakfast buffet; "inside" rooms are quiet the carpet in the corridors smells terribly! |

Design of the entrance hall. Swimming pool. This Hotel is very dirty for a 5*. (Doors of the lifts, mastic with mildews in the bathroom), first day we had a big hole in our bed sheets. Moreover, i think reception is very far from wait of the customer, the mini-bar items costs are ridiculus, and internet : 9 Euros for only half hour !! |
