Staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Really excellent. Area is not the best but no real worries if you stick to main road. For this reason I would not take kids. Very good value and a superb roof top bar and pool. |

The location is very nice, relaxed atmosphere, good swimming pool, great view, nice reception although hot as air condition is not switched on except rarely. Internet available in reception and on the pool Wi fi. Hotel rooms are very modest. Room furniture is very simple and not comfortable , very old TV with almost broken remote control, very limited TV channels, no internet in rooms whether Wi fi or cable. Also very simple toilet that reminds me of the taste of 1980s. |

The area and Hotel construction does not match with 5 Star Hotel. Even there was no Mini Bar in the room. |

Staff at the reception was incredibly good and hospitable - upgraded my room to superior for free, which was a very nice surprise. Cleaning service was not great. Had to complain that my room was not cleaned for several days. |

Our room was great! 7th floor and king size bed! It was tidy, not noisy at all and very comfortable. Lovable view to the Akropoli from the roof garden (with swimming pool). |

Staff were all excellent, particularly guest relations and concierge who had many tips. The rooftop and bar had fantastic views and great atmosphere and well needed after a long day. Room style was uninventive particularly compared to the description. |

Roof-top swimming pool and bar area was wonderful - the view was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were sizeable and well furnished. The bar prices were extremely expensive, e.g. 6 euros for a very small beer. |

Easy to reach from highway. Main complaint is the neighbourhood; scary is at least that I can say. Drug dealers and drug addicts all over the place. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, and the prices are excessive. Luckily I read reviews of the hotel before I booked it so I new what to expect, but it made a good value for money choice at the given moment. |

Helpful staff, great rooms, great breakfast and lovely rooftop swimming pool and bar Unfortunately there were drug addicts openly injecting themselves near the hotel, not uncommon in Athens. |

First off, getting upgraded to deluxe room for 5 nights at no charge was great. Though the best part of the place was the roof top pool and bar with views of the Acropolis. Nothing better then a day out in the heat then a nice cool swim. The pool was actually deep too. The staff were very nice and helpful with directions, phone numbers, everything. The area seems a little run down, but we stayed elsewhere in Athens and it was a lot worse. |

This hotel is perfectly located just meters away from the metro that took us both into town and to and from the airport. While the hotel is looking a little scruffy is spots (stains on the carpet, for example) it was great value and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. |

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable abt area. All pleasant people who do their job very well! Location to old city was not as ideal as expected. Is within walking distance to Acropolis but area one walks through to get there is dirty and appeared unsafe. While hotel was certainly upscale, the area it is situated in is not. |

The staff were more than kind and helpfull. Nice and spacious room. Free wifi was a bonus... The area although it is central isn't very safe. The drinks at the bar were a little expensive. 11 euros for a gin&tonic. |

The staff was incredibly warm! I loved my room's cleaner, she was soooo nice. She helped me a lot with a huge smile on her face! She deserves a promotion. Even you can put her to customer relations service:) The pool closes at 8pm, whichis increadible. It ws so relaxing to use the pool after a tiring long day. The room was nice, I could prepare my tea, or coffee for free, while I was working in my room. I have to say, the neighbourhood of the hotel is not very safe. But the metro station is very very close to the hotel. And since the metro is not working after 12pm anymore, u have to take a taxi to the hotel, if you were somewhere around plaka, or else. Thats why it did not really become a big problem to me coming to hotel at 4 am, or so.. |

The staff where excellent and so friendly they made the stay a joy. The view from the roof top bar is breath taking and worth the stay alone. The bar staff are great especially Fanni who always found time for a chat. We read a lot about the area but decided that as we do not walk in the streets late at night it was not a problem. During the day it is perfectly fine and if we go out late we would always come back by cab anyway. Don't let the neighbourhood put you off as the Hotel more than makes up for it. |
