スタッフのホスピタリティーには関心しました。とても感じがよく、快適に過ごせました。長期滞在したくなる- ホテルです。 すぐ近くのビーチは泳ぐのには適しませんでしたが、隣のホテルの素敵なプールで泳ぐことができ、夜はホテル- のラウンジでスタッフが作るお酒を楽しみながら、会話も楽しめ満足しました。 不満な点はありません。 |

The permanent absence of the receptionist and the increased interest of the owners for the nearby new hotel.Upon payment of the bill I asked for an invoice that wasn't possible to get. I hope they are going to sent it by mail....!!!!!! |

A conveniently located hotel for the Port of Sami; 15 minute walk along the sea front. Clean, bright & airy, whitewashed, with a courtyard in the centre. Set back slightly from the beach with a tennis court & sports area in front. Not all rooms have a sea view. A new extension is being built next door with better sea views & swimming pools. Friendly staff, especially Makis who was a great help. Breakfast on the balcony was enjoyable. The tiny awkward to get into round the door and up a steep step bathroom, but a minor point. |

The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Hotel is just in front of the seaside, and there is a tennis court and even a soccer field in front of it. Overall, the hotel was clean and decent with a nice balcony facing the sea for our room. Hotel was rather crammed especially the bathroom. Very small, and once you shower, the whole floor will be flooded. In addition, the owner is building another wing beside the hotel to expand his hotel. This spoilt my stay there as we slept late and was intending to wake up later. However, we were awoken by piling and construction noises at 7 plus in the morning!! |

Sehr freundlich und familiär geführt durch Makis (und seine Mutter :-)...), man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen und lernt durch Makis' gesellige Art auch die anderen Gäste kennen. Griechischer Baustil mit schönem, reich bepflanztem Innenhof. Gemütlicher Balkon. Sehr gut gelegen um alle Teile der Insel rasch zu erreichen. Angestellte sprechen z.T. kein Wort englisch. |

L'estrema cortesia, simpatia e grande disponibilità del proprietario nel venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti; la posizione tranquilla in riva al mare; la possibilità di usufruire dell'ampia e bella piscina del resort di fronte all'hotel (dello stesso proprietario) |

Hotel situato in zona molto tranquilla, buona posizione per la visita di Cefalonia, gestori cordiali, servizio di pulizia più che sufficiente, colazione buona. Servirebbe qualche accorgimento per ridurre il numero di vespe (insetti presenti in gran numero un po' ovunque sull'isola) che ronzano nella sala della colazione. Qualche particolare della camera assegnataci richiedeva di essere rinnovato (infissi, tenda della doccia...). Comunque, solo aspetti di secondaria importanza. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers und seiner Mama;-). Eine ganz liebe Frau! Man sieht sie den ganzen Tag mit Besen oder frischen Handtüchern, jedenfalls hat sie immer was zu tun. Liebenswerte Leute. Der Besitzer gibt auch gerne Tipps wo man gut Essen kann. Ein uriges Erlebnis in diesem Hotel. Und ein langsames, aber zumindest funktionierendes Internet. Nächstes Jahr ist das 5* Hotel nebenan auch fertig - sieht sehr schön aus, wird aber auch seinen Preis haben. Der Preis ist eher hoch gewesen für die Leistung, das liegt aber an der exklusiven Lage in Sami mit Meerblick. Die Dusche war sehr klein. |

La vista del balcon terraza de la habitacion hacia el mar es verdaderamente excelente Hemos solicitado en tres ocasiones tapones para la pileta de la cocina y broches para colgar la ropa y nos lo prometian pero nunca llegaron. Las toallas las cambiaron al tercer dia. El primer dia tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y el segundo no hubo agua por 30 minutos. pedimos mapa del lugar y no tenian. |

Il proprietario è cordiale, ma la sua cordialità sembra più "di maniera" che reale. Camere vecchie e sporche. Stanza da bagno piccolissima, vecchia, sporca. Televisione non funzionante. Delle 2 finestre della camera, una era rotta e non si chiudeva e l'altra oltre ad essere rotta la finestra non si chiudeva neppure la persiana. Il proprietario ha assicurato la riparazione ma di fatto è rimasto tutto così fino al termine del soggiorno. Per 3 giorni su 7 abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia con l'acqua fredda perchè la calda non veniva. Per avrere un poco di latte caldo occorreva attendere che (bontà loro) qualcuno dei proprietari si facesse vivo ed attendere con pazienza i loro comodi. Per questo, per ben 3 giorni abbiamo dovuto fare colazione col latte freddo di frigorifero. |

Molto accogliente,il proprietario makis e' eccezionale per la sua gentilezza e disponibilita' a dare consigli e suggerimenti.la veranda sul mare e' cosi' bella e offre un panorama tale che vorremmo ritornarci. Unico neo: la pulizia delle camere(un po' troppo veloce) . |
