Athos Palace  

this is the worst place i ever stayed at. the service was so bad that we wanted to leave one night early but we couldnt get a refund. i will never recomend this place to anybody. the worst experience in my life.

the location

the food was poor and everything looks verry old. In a word, a good location for old people. No wi-fi for free, not even in the public areas.

Pros: Value for money. Clean, Good service, food was great (great variety of buffets) above average the all-inclusive package. The sweet water pool is the life center of this Hotel. Good for relaxing family vacations.

Cons: The sandy beach right in the from of the hotel was bit rocky making it hard specially for kids to swim in the sea. But you could easily go 50-100 meters to the right for an easy access. We had to pay Euro 7.50 for one sun umbrella and two sunbeds at the beach right in the from of the Pallini Hotel (50 meters on the right of the Athos Palace). If you don't have the All-Inclusive package you'll have to overpay your miscellaneous charges (I.e one Coca-Cola bottle (200 ml) = 3.20 Euro.) Majority of the residents are from the Balkan countries and mostly from Russia.

Excellent location, very nice pool, hotel renovated, parking place, polite personnel

Half board mandatory, low money for value, too much noise from children, very few chairs at the pool, average beach, average spa services.

Greit hotell med fin plassering I utkanten av Kallithea.

Frokost- og middagsbuffetene ble fort kjedelig. Kostbart å kjøpte drikke til måltidene. Overvekt av russiske og serbiske all-inclusivegjester som gjør at svært få gjester er engelsktalende.

The aircondition did not work well. The breakfast was only till 9h30.
