The view was incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. But most of all the staff was incredible. Especially Maria who was extremely helpful and generous when our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled. Thank you Maria. |

The incredible view of the caldera / bay and watching the boat activity. We also enjoyed watching the people and donkeys walking the narrow streets of Fira. The town of Fira ,so beautifully terraced down the cliff ,was magnificent. The bedroom was somewhat small and the bed was only a double size. |

The veiw from the balcony is worth paying eur250-260 per night, though facility is 4-star-class!!! The room, or facility could be a bigger, but highlight of this hotel is just a "view from the balcony". |

I cancelled this hotel immediately after one night and moved to a different hotel. The rooms are very small and can not fit 3 people. The hotel said that 3 people would be just fine but that is just not so. The hotel did allow me to cancel without penalities. |

The room was welcoming, light and attractive, with the best possible view from my balcony of the sparkling blue sea and the massive cliffs of the caldera at Santorini. All facilities were excellent and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. This was a memorable visit. |

I booked a village view and was upgraded to a caldera view which simply made my holiday. It was wonderful watching the sunset from my balcony. Just stunning. Anna was extremely helpful and friendly. There was no airport pick up and I felt that for the price it should have been included. The taxi service is a total wrought at 10 Euros to go two killometres to Fira. There is a bus service but it runs about every two hours (shoulder season). |
