Nothing !! Is the first time in my life , i hated to stay at the hotel. This hotel is not a 5stars hotel and you have to becarefull about your rating system !! |

Harbour view, bus station and the old city at walking distance distance Neighbours on the south side across the street: asocial, antisocial, ...It was impossible to sleep during the weekend caused by extremely loud music during the larger part of the night, with shouting, fighting?, ... These facts are known but not mentioned anywhere, of course! |

I thought that the hotel was in a great location. It was walking distance from the port and bus station as well as the main square. |

Excellent location. The hotel claims to be 5 star, and once was, but sadly no more. Rooms are in need of redecoration, the roof terrace with its pool is abandoned. With the exception of the porter and waitress in restaurant, the staff were unfriendly to point of rudeness. A 6 euro charge for internet access is outrageous. |

Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel!. The room was worn out, the bathtub was leaking water out in the hall. Very noisy neighbourhood, i was not possible to sleep without closed windows. |

At first they have canceled our rezervation before our check in and chrged cancelation fee. After they gave us key for room where people were sleeping.... Bad management, hotel 3 star maximum. |

Very good breakfast, service and room size! Walking distance from the port and city centre! Most of the rooms have view to the port! The parking near the hotel was difficult! You had to pay for the hotel's parking! |

Its location...friendly staff availability of Carparking during busy times...generally the hotel looks tired and needs some improvements...in my opinion it should only have a 4 star rating not 5...rooms very noisy not only from outside sourses but from within the building... |

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. My view, that while clean and comfortable, the 5 star rating of this hotel is misleading. The room was also very noisy - which is I suppose the challenge of being a city hotel |

only breakfast noise, poor staff, everything is chargable (for 5 stars it is unacceptable), terrible sheets and beddings, for 5 stars I do not want to have some old duvet, poor design for 5 stars hotel, I would give maximum 3 stars. |

Breakfast included in price was excellent and having no parking problems was important to us - as was the couteous help provided by staff. Room and furnishings were not 5 * quality in our view. Bathroom needed refurbishment urgently - door peeling at the bottom, dirty grout between tiles, extractor fan didn't work and indoor pool temperature was only 22c. As we were only there one night and had a busy schedule we didn't complain but regret not making these points to the manager. |

Rich breakfast. The balcony with view to the port. Well located near the city center, the bus station, the boat station and the old port. Room was confortable. The swiming pool is very narrow. The hotel needs refurnishement. |
