Atrion Hotel  

Hotel was good Food was good it was clean & staff was good

The Atrion hotel is very centrally located being close to the Venetian Habour,the pedestrain shopping area and a range of places to eat and the Aegean island ferry area. It is somewhat hard to find as the signage is not easy to see from a car moving along the narrow street. Staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant,. The room was quiet, well appointed, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food (hot and cold) to cater to all tastes We would certainly not hesistate to use this hotel again.

I only stayed one night due to late evening flight arrival. The receptionist had my key ready when I arrived so check in was only a matter of minutes. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable and had a large outside space. The hotel is located on a side street close to the shops and restaurants in the centre of town and is very convenient. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The staff at the Atrion were very good. Both pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods.

The noise from the lobby/lounge area did get a little loud at night.

Nice location, clean and modern room. Nice staff, good breakfast. I would stay again.

clean and convenient to city

suite had two fold up beds for my adult children which was not appropriate aslo in main bedroom at back of headboard strong vibration from when the boiler came on which was quite nausating. electric bed only one side operated also sea views were very limited more like roof top view really dining room very cold in mornings

we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.

the hotel is idealy located, in the centre of town but still in a quiet area.the breakfast was rich in choice and the staff very professional.nice ,clean rooms.A very good choice for a very reasonable price.Don't forget to inform the reception when you have a car, for 6EURO per day you can park your car in the nearby private parkingplace.

The staff on reception were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to help us when we had to change our plans. Rooms very clean. The location was great, 5 minutes walk to city centre and walking distance to many tourist sites.

An iron, even a communal one would have been handy.

Big room, balcony with sea view, on city street yet very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Great shower. Reasonable room service. Close to port, August 25th street and museums. Very good breakfast. Easy to locate, too!

Convenient access from airport and the long distance bus station. Walking distance to the town square and plenty of decent restaurants. Room facilities are well maintained and clean. Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Could give a perfect 10 if the wifi is available in the room. The wifi signal in the lobby was weak.

The staff were excellent, very polite and engaging in conversation. The room was well kept and the hotel was very comfortable, sometimes hard to leave and go off an explore Crete. Well done.

The only thing I would say is that the hotel did not have messages in the rooms about the fact that the Crete sewage system does not cater for toliet paper. I was told by my friend and we had to ask or rather he did.
