Location was excellent, close to the shore and easy access to the old town and local transportation as well as tyhe port. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. |

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Pillows are not comfortable! |

5 minutes walk from everything needed by tourists.Very clean and the staff is friendly and always helpful. The buffet breakfast is one of the best anywhere.-I will recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time in the city. Nothing big. Just keep the morning coffee warm! |

Excellent modern hotel with all the amenities. Super breakfast with many choices and freshly squeezed juice. Considerate and helpful staff who made sure that our baby would be comfortable at the hotel. Great location, could walk to most attractions and bus stops. We loved our stay here. |

We were upgraded to a suite, room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a nice bathroom. I thought it would have been extra good service by the reception staff knowing we were to leave early the next morning if they took the initiative to offer the option of an earlier simple breakfast as we had to leave early to catch a ferry so missed out on the normal breakfast hours. |

friendly staff, good breakfast, nice spacious room (suite) we had a non-smoking room but because of the central airconditioning in the room the smell of smoke came through the venting system |

Hotel is very good. Very central location just steps from the Morosini fountain and the old course. Breakfast super. We recommend to all. |

The receptionist was helpfull. The hotel is 10 minute walk to center and the port. The room was nice and clean, the balcony was private and big. The bathroom had everything you need. everything was new. the breakfast was excellent, the best we had during our stay in Greece. Streets surounding the hotel are a bit dark at night, and there is a lot of traffic. The view from the balcony is not very nice. |

Great central position. Small room but very nice and comfortable. Difficult parking but not after 23.00. For the rest of day there is an open parking behind the hotel (4 Euro per day). |

Everything was fantastic. Good location to centre of town (5min on foot), ferry terminal and airport (both 5-10 min drive). The room was large, very well equipped and featured, spotless cleaned. In particular, we liked design and furniture. Best choice for those who want to stay a night or few in the centre of Iraklio, traveling in or out as we did by taking ferries and flight from Iraklio. |

Location: walking distance from centre of town, from bus atation and a nomber of good restaurants. Not fancy but met all our needs. nice buffet breakfast. As we stayed in the hotel during Easter Sunday they surprized us weitha tray filled with traditional sweets on the house, which was very nice. Some noise from outside, but itis common in the centre of cities. |

We asked for a room with a balcony and a view of the water and they gave us one. The breakfast was varied and bountifu. The staff helpful Parking was difficult, but the staff arranged a place for our car. |

difficile a trouver , propre mais chambre petite , bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits.attention pas de parking et celui juste a cote est exessif. garez vous dans la rue ou dans les petits parkings tenues par des particuliers. |
