No staff servicing the bar area and dirty glasses left on bar for over an hour. Breakfast tables not cleared and having to clear one ourselves. General lack of available staff, |

checking out and leaving! Restaurant closed, generally seemed unclean. Room had stains on carpet and bedding, mouldy shower curtain, cracked sink, no heating. no wi-fi as advertised, no extra bedding, tv not tuned in, dodgy lock on room door. |

Location is good with relation to the sea but it is also on the main street of the small village - so no hope for a good night sleep with all the buses turning and local youth skateboarding till 3am. The rooms are very shabby. The hotel services big groups - usually teenagers. When we stayed it was a group of 120! Needless to say there was nothing left for breakfast except for the dirty dining room with one(!) waiter clearing the tables. The bedlinen and towels are of grey colour. The interior of the room needs a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is from the 70 and very minimalistic. |

Good location near airport but with beach and good views, helpful staff, good value for money. Just happened to be a noisy party of schoolchildren who kept us awake until the early hours, however that was not the fault of the hotel. |

The staff is wonderful. I arrived too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. There is not much in the area, but the staff was kind enough to cook something for me to eat. It is very clean, but does not look as though it was renovated in 2006 or 2007 as they described. |

Kitchen was excellent, breakfast was included in the room which we weren't aware of. Friendly staff in a pleasant atmosphere. Not that there was anything to not like, but the facility could use an update. |

Beautiful sea views. Rooms are very basic but clean. Pretty good selection of food at the buffet breakfast Hotel is quite a bit further from the airport than I expected. |

We stayed a the Attica Beach Hotel for three days and then left for another part of Greece for a couple of days before returning to Attica Beach for another few days. Our first stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, always pleasant. The dining room had buffet meals that were worth the value, the room was cleaned and stocked with fresh linens/ towels daily. Our 2nd stay was on another floor, with another housekeeper. She was horrible. She hung the dirty towels from the floor back on the hooks instead of providing fresh towels, made the bads sloppily. did not clean at all. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. . |

The hotel was right on the beach and had gorgeous views; breakfast was good and inner for 10 Euro was decent also. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. If you don't have a car, you'll be hard pressed to find things to do other than the beach/pool. |

The hotel's directly located at the beach. It offers many facilities: 24h internet access,a pool, a bar at the beach and a restaurant (good food). Its nice and helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel owner even offered to drive us to a nearby bike rental. The hotel's situated in a remote area, but there's cheap and quick access by bus to shopping centres, restaurants and to Athens. We didn't experience any shortcoming. |

Service is excellent. Personnel speak extremely good English, are patient and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent. No complaints about the hotel. There is not much comfort in Mati (shops, beach, restaurants and cafe's). Not so bad if you like the silence (like us) but if you do not know, it may be a problem. And it storms the whole day long (very nice if it is too hot). No place to be for youngsters and those who like action. |

i liked the way we received complementary food at the hotel, it saved us having to find a restaurant late at night.it was clean and had very good air conditioning. i did not like the elevators in the hotel...i thought they were a bit outdated as was a lot of the furnishings of the hotel. the hotel could do with a bit of modernisation. the picture on the website are very kind to the hotel, its not as thriving or glamorous hotel as you may think. |

We had a fantastic view from our room. The best of all of our vacation. the rooms were clean. There was a sewage odour in the lobby that was not very appealing. There was no smell in the room. |
