Wonderful hosts, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Perfection.

I loved my stay at Avanti. The owner was very kind and helpful, the location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I do reccomend staying at Avanti when visiting Ios!

There was nothing I did not like!

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is only a 4 minute walk to Chora, the main village with its bars and restaurants, and the bus stop which takes you to the port and the beaches (5 min bus ride). Although it is close to the village it is also a quiet location. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and will pick you up at the port and take you back there. The hotel is very clean and the rooms nicely decorated. My room had air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, fridge, a safe, balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. There is a useful clothes airer on the balcony - great for drying towels and swimming costumes. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable staying there.

Wonderful location: very close (200 metres) from Chora and 2 km from one of the best beach in Ios, Milopotas. Very clean hotel. Very good rate. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Thomas and Margarita for their nice welcome. The best hotel in ios!

Thomas and Margarita are wonderful welcoming hosts who do everything they can to assist you and make your stay a great experience. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished, and the balconies offer a great view of the village and the Aegean sea. Good location only 5 minutes walk from the village, but far enough away to be quiet at night time. The swimming pool is also a good size and the water very clean. Certainly not the cheapest accomodation on Ios, but well worth spending the extra on.

Good location - only short 10 minutes walk to the centre of Ios Chora. Very clean and fresh rooms with a decent size balcony. Very nice view from most of the rooms. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and nice people. Always there to help you and give any advice. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Especially Greek yogurt with honey was a real treat. They sell local honey from their family beehive as well [just ask at the reception] - is fantastic, organic and natural. I would like to thank you for a fantastic but short stay in the hotel and give a special greetings to their small friendly dog Lou!

L'accueil était très souriant, les chambres spacieuses et propres. La propriétaire vint chercher au port sur demande. L'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter la ville principale de l'île de Ios. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus. Il coûte 4 euros et est quelconque. Par contre, le tarif de l'hôtel est intéressant pour le mois de septembre.

Gestori gentilissimi e affabili, servizio gratuito d trasporto da/per il porto.la posizione è ottima appena fuori dal centro in mod dnon essre disturbati dal caos della notte,ma raggiungibile a piedi in poki minuti..... consigliato!!!

Tutto perfetto! struttura mantenuta benissimo e di recente costruzione. Camere non grandissime ma pulite. Bella la piscina. e ottima la posizione. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

La struttura davvero molto carina, ma sopratutto la corrialita' dei proprietari, molto gentili, molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

I proprietari Tomas e Margherita sono meravigliosi. Sempre disponibili ti consigliano dove mangiare, le spiaggie da visitare e dove noleggiare i mezzi di trasporto. La vista dall'hotel e' stupenda, sopratutto al tramonto, i terrazzini delle stanze danno proprio su Chora ed in 3 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro.

Trevlig familj som hade hotellet. Var måna om sina gäster, Hämtade och lämnade gästerna vid vid båten.

The hotel was great!!! The rooms were in perfect condition the view was great and everything was clean and tidy! Mr thomas was very helpful about which places we should visit and were is the bus stop etc . the hotel is placed a few meters from the center of the town so for transportation supermarket etc we have an easy access. Hope visit avanti hotel soon!!!! :)

The view of Chora from the hotel is amazing. The owners were very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay really enjoyable and carefree.They provided free transportation to and from the port, bought my onward ferry ticket, booked a taxi for an island tour and got me some honey from Ios. Thank you very much for looking after me so well.

Bonne situation géographique, très propre, piscine magnifique avec une belle vue.

Les lits n'étaient pas très confortable.

L’ospitalità e la cordialità di thomas e sua moglie vi accolgono all’avanti, hotel molto tranquillo, ma situato in una posizione ottimale: a due passi dal centro, ma abbastanza lontano dal rumore notturno di pub e discoteche della città! Zona piscina stupenda, perfetta per un completo relax o per i giorni molto ventosi! Camere ordinate e pulite (cambio asciugamani e pulizie giornaliere), così come il resto dell’hotel! Le camere superior sono un po’ più grandi e hanno il balconcino più grande. Letti molto comodi!

Non molto grandi le stanze e soprattutto il bagno, ma non manca nulla, e tutto pulito!
