All public areas and all our Suites and Apartments are non-smoking.
The apartments vary from average 32 m² / 345 ft² (Regular Apartments) to accommodate up to 3 people, to 55 m² / 592 ft² (Executive Apartments) to accommodate up to 4 people. They consist of a bedroom, a living area, a full equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom and a balcony.
The AVA Suites are on average 55 m² / 592 ft² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They consist of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a private bathroom. They all have large verandas (20 m²) equipped with balcony furniture to enjoy the lovely Greek sun and the beautiful view to Acropolis, Hadrian Arch and Zeus Temple.
But AVA Hotel is also in the centre of modern Athens, few meters away from the Greek Parliament, National Gardens, Syntagma Square, Ermou and Kolonaki, Athens exclusive Shopping areas.
Acropolis metro station is only at 200 meters, a 3 minutes walk.
The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away and can be easily reached by tram, bus or taxi.

The staff was very helpfull and resolve rapidly any problems we had in the room. The rooms were big, clean and very confortable. The location is excellent to visit the city. |

There were many things I liked about AVA: helpful and professional staff; large room; comfortable bed and multiple pillows of various thinknesses and degrees of softness; very close to the metro, Acropolis, shopping and restaurants. |

I chose this hotel based upon its excellent central location within easy walking distance to the Acropolis and the world-class, "not to be missed" new Museum in central Athens. I'd booked a suite, as my husband & I were travelling with out teenage daughter. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a luxury suite and we revelled in the separate bedroom, huge and extremely comfy bed, generous and comfortable living room and handy kitchenette. Both rooms had sliding door access to a little balcony over the street, which was quiet even at night. We walked everywhere, with a huge variety of lively restaurants, tavernas, shops, cafes & bars in the surrounding blocks. Sevice was professional and friendly & the location proved to be ideal. We'll be back!! The only room for improvement would be to include breakfast in the room rate and not charge separately for it. |

Very friendly front desk who provided loads of information on the places to see in the vicinity of the hotel. Very short walk to Acropolis, the new Acropolis museum, Temple of Zeus and facinating back streets of Plaka area. |

All you would expect from a luxury hotel with the flexibility of self catering or eating out. Staff very friendly and helpful offering useful advice on itineraries and choice of restaurants - and their recommendations were good. |

The hotel is extremely well located for sightseeing in Athens. There are views of the Acropolis and Hadrian's Arch from the hotel. The room was spacious and very well laid out. The bathroom was spacious but did not have sufficient counterspace or towel hooks. |

I can't say enough about the hotel staff. They speak English fluently and were so welcoming and helpful! AVA is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Athens. It is in a very safe and convenient area - I loved being able to step out the door and walk to whatever I wanted. I cannot think of a single thing I didn't like. |

The staff at AVA was excellent. They were very friendly and courteous, and they made our short stay quiet easy and pleasant. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom immaculate, and the bed comfortable. In addition, the room included a staff-made guide, which was very helpful. Great location. Within walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka. |

location was outstanding, quiet and the staff very helpful. We chose AVA after researching on tripadvisor.com and and those very positive reviews are accurate. I can't imagine choosing another hotel. |

Friendly helpful staff, well located close to attractions and amenities. Comfortable beds, large well decorated rooms. Good breakfast selection. Service is given with a smile - a rare thing in Greece. Shower stall was tight for a 6' person. A large size person (i.e. obese) will not fit in without rubbing on all shower walls. Yummy... |

We stayed there on two occassions. The first time the staff was great, personable and accomodating. The internet connection was decent, the location was great, right next to the sites, restuarants and avis if you need to rent a car. The room was neat and the King sized bed was very plush and comfortable. The second time we stayed they were having problems with their internet provider so none of the rooms had a connection. |
