Very clean,cozy and stylish rooms. Friendly staff, great location on the beach.

Too small rooms, We couldn't sleep because the room was facing the main street..too much noisy. We had to close the door of the balcony and sleep with A/C cause there was no ventilation at all. I definitely would recommend room with sea view. Wi Fi connection too slow or no wi fi.

Hotel Avra was a wonderful surprise - for the price of a budget hotel we received a minimum of a 3 star welcome! The rooms have a wonderful design, with modern (four-star I would say) bathrooms, clean, new, modern and cosy rooms, tea and coffee at any time in the canteen, a very friendly staff and the owner of the hotel himself, who always greeted us with a genuine smile of hospitality. The hotel is also wonderfully located at the beachside, the distance between hotel door and water is no more than 20 steps! We also stayed in a room with a wonderful view on the sea. All in all, the comfort of this hotel was a highlight of our trip in itself!

As I was staying in Hotel Avra in winter time and many shops and restaurants were closed in this time of the year, it took us some effort to arrange breakfast every morning. So my suggestion would be to offer an in-house breakfast.

Small but perfect hotel ideally located at the sea side. Hotel does not have many facilities but the rooms are really nice and these deserve much higher category. Rooms with the sea view and flowers on a terrace are astonished. I recommend this hotel to any kind of travelers.

Magic balcony view, moon glittering on the sea, a live wallpaper. Hotel name in greek is aypa for guests who are in trouble to find avra :) Large private parking site at short walking distance from the hotel. Fine wi-fi connection even on the beach and 3rd floor on balcony. Breakfast available on bistro right beside Avra Hotel and many taverns and restaurants all around. Perfect daily cleaning of the rooms, daily change towels, toiletries changed when finished during the stay, bed linen changed after 4 days, high quality of beds and pillows, large shower. Overall best hotel in Paralia Katerini.

Partitions between balconies for more intimacy would be a good idea

The rooms are very nice and tidy. The cleaning service is very good. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, you can find everything near to the hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and on the other side is a promenade.

Very friendly and polite hotel staff; the access from the buiding to the sandy beach is immediate; the room was clean and tidy although basic; matresses and pillows were comfortable; the bathroom was nice; the hotel has a private parking area (at 200 m distance from "Avra").

The smell of the toilet soap was really odd, even unpleasant; there were some ants that invaded the area under the bed; it is a little bit noisy during the night if your room is with a street view : this is because of the screaming crowds of tourists. The dirty sea water , seaside covered with rubbish like ciggarette ends , homeless dogs and circulating ambulant vendors were somehow disappointing,

The location of the hotel is great - right on the beach. The stuff is friendly and helpfull. It has very nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. The rooms have nice interior. It's good that the hotel has it's own parking space, even though it is about 100m away from the hotel. It's very hard to find a free parking slot in the center of Paralia so I really appreciated that there was a place where I can park my car at any given time.

The hotel has perfect location, on the beach from the one side and from the other on the main walking street with all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are extremly clean, perfect furnitured, the beds are super comfortable! Great hotel for the very good price. We will come again for sure. One of the best hotels in Paralia Katerinis. Many thanks to the AVRA's staff!

Has fair wi-fi on the third floor. But probably it was from the bad weather conditions.

We stayed at the suite and it was nice and comfortable. But I have the feeling that the double rooms are a bit small and don't have enough space, on the other hand - everywhere in that part of the Greece the hotels rooms are too small.. I recomend to book suite if possible.

The hotel is clean to perfection, nicely and luxuriously furnished with an amazing view over the sea. Rooms are cozy and soundproofed. What we enjoyed most though were the incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall feeling of luxury at a very reasonable price.

The position of the hotel is superb, just on the beach. If you are situated on this side you can enjoy wonderful view without being disturbed with street noise. Rooms are big enough, renovated with new furniture and excellent bath. It should be mentioned quality of beds and pillows that could match to the best hotels. The price that we paid for two nights is very affordable especially for the quality we get.

Dicht neben einander geaute Hotels. Keine ruhige Lage - in der Naehe sind Restaurants, teilweise mit Musik. Die Zimmerterassen sind fast ohne Trendwand - man sieht und hoert alles zu. Es gibt viele Muecke und kein Insektenschutz am Fenster o. Balkontuer.

Очень чисто,аккуратно, новая мебель,новая исправная сантехника, хорошие махровые полотенца, шампуни и гели для душа. Мило и очень уютно! Я жила в номере 103, с видом на море! Рядом с отелем классное кафе где готовят вкуснейшее каппучино и тосты! И церковь на набережной! Если я еще приеду в Паралию,то вернусь в этот же отель!
