Hotel Avra  

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Avra very much. The location is really great. Rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels supplied and changed bedding. In our opinion this hotel deserves a rating of at least 3 stars. Hotel owners are really welcoming and helpful. Because of their friendly attitude will certainly be back again and will heartily recommend the hotel to our close friends.

The hotel location is excellent in Perea, in the city center and second row of the beach. For the price it is good deal.

The room space is minimal, there is not enough space in the family room even though we had only one children of 2 years old.

Proximity to Thessaloniki, ideal for an overnight stay before a flight from Thessaloniki airport. Many tavernas nearby on the seafront. Helpful staff

I liked the hotel for several aspect. Location is perfect, it can be reach very easily by bus from the Thessaloniki airport /n.72/. Located in the middle of the long promenade of Perea, in the second row, this way you cant hear the noise but you are in the absolutely centre and 20m from the beach. In front of the hotel there is a mini market, 5 minutes a big supermarket. The hotel is outside-inside fully renovated and spottlessly clean as well as the rooms. The rooms are well equipped/everyday cleaned/ with a big balcony and despite the hotel in the second row, almost all of them has a seaview. Special thanks for the owner Marina /and her mother/, she speaks english perfectly and she was very kind, helpful all the time, giving all the informations what you needed. Highly Recommended!!

The room was recently refurbished, very clean, with a decent view of the sea, while staying away from the noise of the beachfront cafes. The hotel is literally 20 meters away from the beach. There are several parking places in front of the hotel reserved for the guests.

I have booked a 4-bed apartment with a kitchen, and got a 4-bed room. Simply not as advertised. Be sure to check what you have booked over the phone.

Hard madrasses and uncomfortable pillows.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist staff. Very close to the beach. Good air-con. Super!

The owner of this hotel is so wonderful. She arranged a car rental for us and a taxi to airport that was cheaper than we could find on our own. She is very knowledgable about the area and friendly.

It's already the second time that I stayed at Hotel Avra. As always, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are now more trendy a before. The beach view from our room was fantastic. I would recommend everybody to stay at this hotel if you're looking for a nice place to sleep when visiting Thessaloniki, which is not in the busy city centre. Bus connections to the airport and the city centre are very easy and cheap.

Пребывали 1 ночь. Понравилось, что недалеко от аэропорта, приличное место за небольшие деньги. В отеле все новое, удобно, прекрасно выспались перед самолетом. У меня в глаз что-то попало, воспалился страшно, дак заботливый персонал компресс принес, все за ночь прошло, в общем приняли, как родных. Кстати внизу в отеле кафешка, можно перекусить.

много удобно разположение до плажа,магазините,заведенията-всичко е на една ръка разстояние!Персонала на хотела е много любезен.

Гърция като цяло е занемарена за разлика от последното ми пътуване там,като хигиена.
