Staff was very friendly and helpful
Choice in breakfast was s little bit poor
The hotel room was a bit small but you pay for what you get
At least it had wifi.
Bed bugs, dirty sheets, full garbage can upon arrival, entire hotel smelled like cigarettes (and I have bad asthma), breakfast was terrible and the juice offered had to be watered down significantly. For $49, I could have stayed somewhere much better. Never again.
Close to metro, close to city centre, clean , staff pleasant
The man gave me directions to the bus station to go to Thessaloniki
Alot of men in the elevator and corridor, didn't feel comfortable...the carpet was dirty and was all the way in the corridor, didn't feel good, the shower was leaking. The guy at the reception the first day wasn't so friendly, when I pay for a hotel stay at least I expect good customer service, not someone who is gruff and unfriendly
Safe parking and short walk to metro station
General level of shabbiness
Very bad customer service The temperature was 29 degrees, the receptionist with a rude and bad attitude refused to turn on the AC his excuse was they need to save money
In general the place was run down. The bed wasn't comfortable, the elevator was small and slow, the neighborhood was not particularly convenient. I would look elsewhere next time. I wasn't paying total budget price and felt like I got a low budget stay.

Air conditioning that was included in the price and good breakfast
No difference between marble floor in foyer and step going up/down, hence bruises as could not make the step out
Our 1 night stay at this hotel was pleasant. We had room 603 at 6th floor. The hotel is basic and very convenient for a 3-4 nights stay. Wifi coverage was ok in our room. Larissa metro station pretty close to the hotel (about 5-7 min walk). Beds are confortable. Room has hair dryer, toiletries, enough deposit space. We didn't serve breakfast here. There are a few parking places for the hotel's guests, but you can also park on the street. City center can be reached by foot (aprox 45-60 min walk) or metro (aprox 25 min). The rooms were not ready at 12 pm sharp, but that didn't bother us. We left our luggage in the hotel's lobby and went out; we checked in at 9 pm.
Value for money Attentive personnel in reception Close to train station
As soon as the AC was turned on the carpet reeked of cigarette\dust AC was very noisy Bathroom was not 100% clean
I like the fact that the hotel is near city tour bus stops. The Wi-fi is really strong. There are a number of nearby restaurants and mini-stores. Breakfast is good enough given it's only €5.
We were 4 in the group. The room had 3 regular beds and the additional bed for the 4th guest was very uncomfortable, the mattress was thin and it sank when I lay down. The blanket they provided for the 4th guest was also thin. It wasn't the same as the blankets provided for the other 3 guests. I experienced body ache during my entire stay. The male receptionist could have put on a welcoming face.
Good price, near metro station, with air condition
Small bathroom, noisy, breakfast not included
Nothing at hotel! Near to old historical centre of the city! Athens it will be my favourites destination for holidays from now on!
In the morning lady's who cleaning rooms do this from 9 o'clock with vacuum on .... verry noise. .. we pay one morning for breakfast wich was poor and so low quality. .. only cheap things and eggs, the street of hotel is verry noise, bathroom was dirty and old, shower cab freak me out... there are a lot of things I didn't like it. .. I will never go back to this ..... hotel only for old people
Reasonable room for the price. Handy for metro.
The guy manning the front desk overnight charged me 1.50 euro for a map before he would give me sone basic tourist info. I think others have commented on him.
Furniture,good meal,wifi,the staff.
Location, very far from the center of the town and,all arround, strange people....
Close to the city center and Acropolis.
Hotel private parking.
Wifi did work!
Expensive, far from safe and trendy neighborhoods. Continental breakfast , seriously? Whats that ticket and a staff that pick it up from ur tray while u r eating! ... Agressive staffs allover. They didnt have my booking reference, and ordered me to print from my mailbox in a darkroom in a dirty office! What s that? 120 euros in athens? Obviously, i sent from my phone and I got mad. You should ask them a professional attitude at least to check booking reference. I vent done 2 hs before. Come on ! ... Tiny room, dirty walls, air conditioner doesnt work really, believe me . I live in Rio . Awful! Dreadful experience. Moved into a studio by the Acropole.. No comparison! Honestly, i wouldnt reccomend anyone! 80 euros for a studio with balcony, kitchen, and an amazing view to the akropole. Check ur rating and ur hotels , please. Grade: 2
Location is good, just 5 tube stations from Akropolis
The guy in the reception was absolutely unfriendly, seemed to be doing a "massive favour" every time I asked him some information, never kept eye contact. Very rude. Poor customer service
Nice location, friendly staff. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was OK. WiFi & parking was OK.
Room was too small for 4 persons (probably size for 2 persons) but the price was acceptable
The breakfast was good. The hotel is central. The metro is close by. Lovely local resturant beside the hotel. The hotel organized tours very well.
we have travelled a lot through greece but this was special. The man at the front desk was? thats all i can say the room smelt of smoke and the air con sounds like a jet engine which didn't make a good nights sleep. Then we found our car window had been smashed overnight!!. think that says it all.
The location was clean and safe. The customer service was good. It was very clean.
The rooms were a tad small but consign we we out sight seeing and enjoying Athens we were not concerned.
