Excellent staff and location. Very clean and outstanding value for money. Breakfast was also very good. The sea-side rooms were wonderfull

Lack of WiFi in the entire hotel

The location was very good and the views were fantastic. It stays about 5 min ( by car) from the capital of the island.

The breakfast was very poor and the WiFi signal was very poor.

Exceptionally polite, helpful, hospitable and friendly staff, especially Eleni Mamfreda; all our requirements, set prior arrival, were met; clean and comfortable room; amazing garden, overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a lovely dinner at sunset; nice beach - just 5 minutes away from the hotel; own private parking; Zakynthos town is no more than 10 - 15 minutes away by car; our stay at Balcony Hotel was a wonderful experience; we'd gladly come again

A Balcony Hotelt szívből ajánlom mindenkinek. A szálloda elhelyezkedése páratlan, a személyzet kitűnő. Ár-érték arányban a legjobb választás.

Good price and clean rooms. Nice view of the sea and nice sunset.

Bathroom needs renovation, all in all it is a 2 star bathroom. Breakfast was the same each and every day, so it needs some changes between days.

-Excellent staff. Everyone was very helpful and answer all of your questions about the island.(Eg., one day the weather was very windy, and sea was rough, but the staff showed us where the sea was calm in windy days, so we went there. It was impossible for me,on my own, to find the calm sea in windy days) -Great view. The hotel is located on a hill in Tsilvi, and on the corner, so you can see the great sea views whereever you stay. And bonus, the sunset ! The sun sets just across the hotel, so you can enjoy sunset from the hotel or from your balcony. -Cleanliness. -Breakfast and meals. Breakfast was delicious. I think they prepare home made croissant and cakes. Also the meals in the resturant were very delicious. And the prices are same in any restaurant in the town. But this restaurant has a major advantage, the view of course.

The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful sides of the island!!!What made us big impression was the kindness of the staff and the fact that was very clean.Very helpful people, great hospitality , friendly atmosphere and very nice view of the hotel accomodation.The breakfast also was very good , but definately also the restaurant; one of the best we went there since the most are greek taverns and this combined also something more gourmet with nice fish plates and very good prices.The room was very comfortable!

Is hard to find something we didnt like since was more than what we really expected..The only thing that in our opinion could make it diserve really even 4* is the decoration of the room that could be something more , but this did not influence us to have the same good time!

Balcony hotel - the view is heavnly beautiful, staff is very friendly, breakfast is quite good and rich. This is the perfect place to stay. I have no words to describe it - beautiful, peaceful...amazing

Breakfast is not very various

Balcony Hotel has great sea view, good food and especially breakfast. I strongly advice to you buy breakfast which is delicius and rich for diversity from hotel. Tsvili beach is just 10 minutes walking distance with stairs. Hotel staff were very polite and helpfully.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, amazing view from the room, excellent food. We would definitely come back, and also recommend this hotel to everyone. It's just perfect. :)

Perfect sunset view over the bay.

It was really clean, big LCD TV on the wall, lot of space in bathroom and also the whole hotel was clean

Excellent room, very large and a proper sea-view. Large balcony with a view towards the enchanting interior garden and the sea. Large parking area (free) Hotel's staff extremely friendly and well trained. I'd say all the staff is 5 stars !

Extremely poor breakfast, no fresh vegetables and/or fruits, except for some oranges.. Adding some fresh tomatoes and cucumbers would have been easy. Also, below average quality of ham and cheese, which is not just the case of Balcony,but of all the hotels we've visited in Zakynthos. Omlette was kept warm by few small candles and didn't taste good or fresh.

What an amazing hotel. All the staff were so friendly. Taking the time to tell us the best places to visit, The views and sunsets were outstanding and the meals outside on the balcony and terrace would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. Good breakfast to start the day. Large rooms all with great views. We are world travellers and we would recommend the Balcony Hotel to our friends and would return if we were on Zakynthos again. The owners were very hands on and interested in guest feedback. A most enjoyable, wonderful stay. Great position for exploring island. Close to town, but away from the madding crowd!.

The hotel was perfect, the view magnificent and the personnel always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos!!!

Very good service, very friendly staff, and excellent location

A legjobban a páratlanul gyönyörű kilátás tetszett a legjobban. Szerintünk Tsilivi város legjobb helyén fekvő barátságosk, családias szálloda, amit misem bizonyít jobban, hogy az ott tartózkodásunk alatt a hét napból négy egymást követő napon tartottak itt esküvőt. Nagyon rendezett kis szálloda, tiszta szobák, közösségi helyiség, rendezett, szépen parkosított kert. Naponta volt törölközőcsere, néhányszor ágyneműcsere. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, nem tolakodó. Legfőképpen pároknak, nagy gyerekes családoknak ajánlanám.

Nincs ilyen, maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve mindennel.

звукоизоляция никакая.слышно как храпят за стенкой,не говоря уже про ходьбу по коридору и открывани/закрывание дверей в номерах. кто проектировал санузел-вообще непонятно. душевой поддон и унитаз расположены вместе за занавеской.когда моешься-заливаешь унитаз.,пол(в результате всё это растаскивается по номеру),размер санузла метр на метр- не развернуться,в нашем номере вдобавок не было держателя для душа,т.ч.приходилось держать лейку душа рукой.зато девушку,наводившую порядок в номере-не упрекнёшь.всё всегда чисто и безупречно.
