Barbati View Apartments  

On our vacations, we usually prefer to stay in apartments. The Barbati View is the best one we have ever seen and stayed at in Europe. The design of the complex is amazing – all balconies overlook the sea with a view on Corfu City. There is a nice pool with beds and umbrellas. The rooms have everything you can imagine and everything you need for vacation – an air conditioner, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffeemaker, an iron, a TV with 1200 channels, and a special fluorescent lamp to trap mosquitoes. In the kitchen you will find modern dinnerware, as well as kitchen utensils that look like new. Yorgios, the owner, is very nice and attentive to his guests. He even parked our car for us, because the steep hill is a bit of a challenge for parking, especially if you rent a manual, like we did. The rooms are extremely clean. The maid cleans the rooms as well as changes the sheets and towels twice a week. The restaurant Dionysos, which is one of the best on the island according to Trip Advisor, is located just a few steps down from the Barbati View Apartment Complex.

Location is very good because is close to all points of major interesting in Corfu.The rooms are very clean and lightly.Nice parking, I park my Touareg 10(ten) meters in the front of my room. All the rooms have sea view. And finally the owner, mr.Giorgios is very friendly, know everything in the island and all day long is there for good advices. I hope to see you again mr.Giorgios-next year

When I arrived to Barbati, I was really shocked by the beauty of this place. And the apartment that I got were just gorgeous. Large room within an excellent interior finish, conditioning and ventilation, very clean. Looks like on the photos, and even better. The kitchen has everything you might need. Nearby is a supermarket with the necessary products and travel goods.The apartments are on the rise, but there is a picturesque descent path, and it takes 5-7 minutes to reach the sea. Barbati beach is a paradise place. There is a cafe, lounge music plays, and it has everything to relax. That was my best vacation, thanks to Georgios, most helpfull and honest person!

The view from the balcony is incredible! Every room has a view and it is breathtaking. Yorgios was very helpful (he even carried our bags), good English, helped with hiring a car. The apartment is spotless and cleaned every 3 days (we stayed 10). There was one seperate bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together and another room with 2 singles. The kitchen has microwave, oven, hotplates, fridge and all cutlery, crockery etc. Air con was great and wi-fi good, there was a safe for valuables. Swimming pool was excellent with lots of sun lounges and umbrellas. Mostly it was only us using it. English and other language books available to borrow. The beach is 5 minutes away, water is very clear and calm and beautifully warm. There is also water sports available. Restaurants in area are all good, lots of choice, reasonably priced. Supermarkets nearby which stock everything. If you go to Corfu, you must go to Achellion - just stunning. Barbati is quieter than other areas but worthwhile for a family. This apartment was a real find - great value and excellent host.

We would find it hard to find any faults but some people may not like the walk back up from beach to apartments - it is quite steep. We actually got used to it and found it good exercise. The apartments are on a rise but that makes for the great views. Parking the car could also be tricky for some people but we found it ok. Yorgios can always help you. We did have to pay in cash which we weren't aware of until we got there. But this is a minor inconvenience as there are ATMs in Ipsos ( a bus ride away)

Perfect location and facilities. We have been all around Corfu, but next time shall stay again in Barbati view.

If you want to have your meals on the balcony with the beautiful view, mind the wasps - but they are all around Corfu.

Rooms are very spacious and tastefully furnished. All necessary equipment is provided and everything is spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace is astonishing. The owner Yorgos is very friendly and ready to help at any moment. Barbati beach is beautiful probably with the cleanest water at eastern seashore of Corfu. For our family it was one of the best accommodations ever in Greece.

The hotel has a breathtaking sea view. Rooms are very well equipped with different devises including iron desk with iron.

Excellent service from start to finish, very pleasant surroundings, close to mini supermarket, fantastic pool, immaculately clean. Owner George couuld not do enough for us, an absolute gentleman. Thank you for a fantastic holiday - we will definitely return next summer.

The apartments situated on the hill,perhaps it will be difficult for someone with heart problems.
