the hotel is exactly what you need in mykonos, nothing more nothing less. the rooms are quiet large, we took a superior room, the staff is helpful, the breakfast , and pool area are very pleasent. the best thing was the walk to town, few hard steps at the end, but it was fine,,, burning some calories after all the gyros...:) We requested a sea view room, we got half sea view, half facing the wall,,, we requested to change it, but as usual we got the answer, "we dont have any avaialble," the beds are queen not king, while on their website it says king.. on their website they mentioned that you can benefit from upgrades if you book off season, which we did,,, but we got no upgrades. not every thing for breakfast is free,,, you have to pay for juice, eggs, pancakes,,

O hotel é lindo e muito bem decorado com peças charmosas e um desing maravilhoso. Achei o atendimento fraco para a categoria que esta inserido. Nos sentimos num fim de festa onde estavam aguardando a ultima mesa fechar a conta para fecharem o bar. Um hotel com a categoria do Belvedere não deveria funcionar se não estiver disposto a bancar o padrão mesmo com poucos hospedes. Para se ter idéia no nosso ultimo dia faltou água no quarto e a energia foi desligada as 10:00. o ar condicionado não funcionou bem nenhum dos dois dias em que ficamos lá. O hotel parecia que estava abandonado, uma sensação ruim, realmente decepciona, deveriam manter o padrão e não funcionar fora da alta estação.

Gostei muito do hotel! Acolhedor,bonito e muito confortável!!! A localização também é muito boa!!! Tenho vontade de voltar!!! O café da manhã embora muito charmoso , era precário para o padrão do hotel!! Até o suco de laranja ou o capuchino foi cobrado a parte!!!

Le petit déjeuner, excellent et varié. Le service agréable, la vue magnifique. Les chambres non refaites avec vue sur le "garden" ont en fait vue sur le mur (couvert de végétation certes..) et ne sont franchement pas d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great facilities and wonderful rooms. We didn't come across many staff due to the hotel being in winter operational mode, however we felt that the receptionist was rude and not particularily helpful. Not what you would expect from a 5* operation.
