I went pre-season in march during spring break. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing. But if you want to experience Mykonos definitely wait for June/ July.
Amazing balcony with pool and sea view. The room was beautiful, clean, and white. The bathroom bathtub and rain shower was absolutely amazing, every detail had thought and design. And most importantly the staff was second to none. They ensured the best possible stay, were always kind and courteous, and made me feel very comfortable. Great Service and amazing atmosphere, what more could you want?
Wifi barely worked. The ONLY problem - all else is without fault.
Well decorated, great location for the town and watching the sun go down; great staff - attentive, warm and unintrusive. Room lighting is clever and perfect; bathroom is relaxing and toiletries great.
Stay only 3 days!
That's a wonderful experience for us! We will come back that sure! Everything was perfect! Congrats for the owner for this beautiful and lovely hotel!
The hotel is flawless. Large private rooms, immaculate decor, professional staff, well equipped gym, great breakfast and restaurant, super fast internet.
Amazing place! Awesome commodities, restaurants, pool, with an outstanding location! Footsteps away from downtown, where you can find all the amazing stores (Mykonos is a shopping paradise!), and really close to Little Venice, Windmills and the old port. Breakfast was really good, with a variety of breads, sweets, eggs, and anything else you would want to order. Staff was really helpful and kind, arranging everything for us (such as car, tourist tours, nightlife and restaurants).
We encountered one very unpleasant moment, while we were having our drinks at the bar of the hotel. It was around 10pm at night and the pool area and restaurant/bar was packed with people, while a man started having an argument with another person. He was screaming and yelling trying to kick out the other person out of the property. To our surprise the person who initiated the fight was one of the owners of the hotel. Everyone around us froze, including us and the whole thing made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally at the reception area of the hotel, it's too much drama involved. The staff although very helpful is running around very stressful trying to keep up with their manager's demands. I understand that August is a high season for Mykonos, but I would expect some sort of professionalism, considering the fact that the hotel has a lot of A-list customers staying in their rooms. Solving problems with calmness is my advice to them.
We stayed at the superior double room and we were more than happy with the interior. Very sophisticated rooms. The pool of the hotel was amazing and a wonderful place to lounge and drink your cocktails. Especially during the night the lighting helps and creates a unique atmosphere that no other hotel in Mykonos can beat. Food at both Matsuhisa's Nobu and their restaurant is exceptional. Location is everything. In walking distance from the city center, makes your stay in Mykonos so much easier.
I love this place! The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to come back to the Belvedere.
Some troible with Wi-fi , the suahi restaurants of the hotel ia too expensive comparing the quality of the foods. No gym
Location, services and kindness of all staff.
By far the best staff and customer service in Mykonos. The hotel location is perfect as it is two minutes from town. The GM Chris is so pleasant and very helpful. The pool is a beauty and the Nobu restaurant creates quite the swanky vibe at night time. I would never stay anywhere else in Mykonos.
The room was a bit small with not much space to leave personal items or do anything really. Our room had a small balcony yet no view so there was no point of the balcony. Wi-fi was not working very well as it kept disconnecting the whole time we were there.
Location is so good that you can walk to Mykonos town at night and not have to worry about driving or parking. The pool area is amazing and the view is just breathtaking. Staff are super nice, they helped with Car/ATV rental, recommending places and making reservations. Upon checkout, breakfast was not served yet as it was super ealy, however, staff offered to make us coffee and snacks which was so nice of them. The food by the pool is yummy, and make sure you try out Nobu for great japanesse food.
Clearly overpriced. Wi-Fi simply does not work.
Location, just 5 minutes walk from downtown Mykonos.
Our wifi was not working in the room but we managed to use connect in the lobby.
The staff have been very helpful, friendly and made our stay really comfortable with their hospitality. Special thanks to the General Manager, Christopher who went out of his way to assist us on numerous occasions and we really want to thank him for that. Location wise, it is near the airport, walking distance to the shops, perfect!
Loved the pool and the restaurant. The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive.
* Very well situated. Only 5 minutes walking to the center. * Free parking. The personal of the hotel park your car. * Breakfast more than excellent. One of the best breakfast I have seen in a hotel. * Personal very attentive.
THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOMS WERE SMALL, ONE OF OUR ROOMS WAS FILLED WITH WATER A DAY THAT RAINED,ONLY ONE RESTAURANT WAS OPEN AND THE LOBBY AREA WAS EXTREMELY SMALL SO WE COULD NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL TO RELAX.THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ANY FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN. THE TELEPHONE WAS NOT WORKING AND I HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE EVEN FOR ROOM SERVICE. THE MINI BAR PRICES WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, THE BATHROOM SUPPLIES WERE POOR
THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, VERY POLITE AND KIND. THE POSITION OF THE HOTEL IS MARVELLOUS
