We had a lovely premium with tasteful interior and an enormeous balcony with sunshine. Extremely helpful personel. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, sweets and fresh made coffee. Very nicely located in the mountains with a beatiful little hiking path (hidden behind the hotel) wich led up to the chapel in the close by village. Pool with amazing views.

Car in necessary to get there.

It is a newly built hotel.Big room with big balcony overlooking kalamata. The view of the whole kalamata bay is magnificent.Big swimming pool. Rich breakfast. Friendly reception personel.

A curtain or a glassclosing in the bath is a must fot such an hotel. The cleaners of the rooms must be supervised more strictly

Very clean, very good service. Reception staff extremely helpful. we ate dinner there a few nights while we were there, great food, and surprisingly good prices too. the pool was fabulous as well. I loved this place. away from the main stretch, but not too isolated, it had a great energy and buzz. you do need a car to get here though. the chefs were extremely friendly as well, and the breakfast was always with a smile. perfect place to wind down and relax

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi internet connection was fast. The sea & mountain view from the balcony is absolutely superb!!! very polite staff

Breakfast needs to be improved as it doesn’t follow the standards of this hotel (Food Variety was not satisfactory, fruit-basket at the buffet-table didn’t have much to choose from and the worst of all is offering white-cheese to your guests and calling it feta-cheese. Belvedere you have access to so many local producers, you can make your breakfast excellent by just sourcing ingredients from your fertile region.) If you order a cold-coffee to have with your breakfast you have to pay for it (Belvedere shouldn’t charge for a cold-coffee since the customers have already paid a premium for staying at your hotel)

The pool-area and the view was totally magic. Nice food and the staff was kind and very helpful even if the english was limited. Its a very calm and peaceful hotel, and the breakfast is enjoyable with fresh fruits, different bread and fresh juices and more. The hotel is located about one km up-hill from the beach, so we recommend to rent a car or a scooter. Its very steepy. Good to know: It´s 15 minutes very steep walk to the beach, which is stony, but very nice. The closest sandy beach is in Kalamata City, app. 4 km from the hotel.

When we arrived there was things missing in the mini-bar in our room, and there was no bathrobe or slippers as promised. Its was not a big problem and the staff took care of it when we noticed them.

Our stay at the Belvedere Hotel will always remain as one of those 'postcard' places in a special part of the world - Kalamata Greece. The hotel would have to be in the best location for anyone wishing to experience the 'Olive journey' or just mixing with the locals. The beaches and restrauants are only 5 minutes away but it is difficult to ignor the hotels pool and spa with breathtaking views of the city of Kalamata and the ocean. Cocktails at sunset and breakfast by the pool is a must. The staff make your stay a memorable one. Highly recommended

Beatiful hotel on a great location on the mountain with fantastic view over Kalamata and sea. Employees were very friendly and helpful. breakfast good quality and much choice. The only thing to say is that the hotel is not completely finished yet and clearly in a start up fase. Altough we were not the only guests, this big hotel looks pretty empty most of the time. Parking free in front of hotel. internet OK. But for the rest good value for money.

The Belvedere Hotel is a fantastic location to explore Kalamata and the surroundings such as Pylos, Methoni, Koroni as well as Mistras/Sparta and the Mani peninsula. We spent three nights in the hotel, which is still in its start-up phase - brand new, well equipped, spacious rooms. We were thrilled by the breathtaking view over the bay and the City of Kalamata. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even opened up the restaurant one evening just for us during low season (pre-Easter period). We can highly recommend the hotel to everybody travelling by car, which is definitely required to reach the place though. The great hotel would deserve much higher occupation compared to what we have experienced during our stay - so let's keep fingers crossed for a good season to come.

On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a large well appointed room with exrta large bed and spacious balcony, giving fantastic panoramic sea views over Kalamata and the bay. A lovely place to sit during the day or relax in the evening overlooking the twinkling lights of Kalamata. This was low season and the hotel had few guests but members of staff were attentive and the hotel functioned very well indeed. The main restaurant was closed in the evening (we were told it would open for the summer season in May), but the buffet breakfast had a variety of cold and hot foods and was very good. The hotel is situated on high ground a few minutes drive from the sea and on the outskirts of the town, so a car is recommended. There is plenty of parking space. We found being away from the beach an added bonus as we were away from traffic noise and were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. There is also a magnificent view from the swimming pool . We spent an enjoyable few days at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis les chambres et la piscine de l'hôtel. Agréables plages et tavernes au bord de l'eau à quelques minutes de voiture (à Avia).

Voiture obligatoire. Pas d'animation à Kalamata "hors saison" (mois de mai).

ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια σε τοποθεσία με εξαιρετική θέα. μέτριο πρωινο, όλοι οι κοινοί χώροι ήταν καλαίσθητοι.

τα δωμάτια αν και πολύ όμορφα και ευρύχωρα πάσχουν απο ηχομόνωση. ακούς τον διπλανό σου καθαρά, μάλιστα ένα ζευγαράκι δίπλα μας σε καβγά 2 ωρών ήταν τρομερά ενοχλητικό σε βαθμό που ήμασταν έτοιμοι να απευθυνθούμε στην reception για αλλαγή δωματίου.

Väldigt fin utsikt och mycket trevlig personal. Frukostbuffén var klart över snittet och parkering var gratis. Pool finns.

Det ligger långt från strand så om man vill ha strandbad är det lite fel. I närheten byggs det ett annat hotell men det störde inte oss då arbetet inte pågick. Ganska långt till stadskärnan om man inte har bil.

μικρή δυσλειτουργία στο ασανσέρ που μας δυσκολευε κυρίως επειδή είχαμε μωρό σε καρότσι

The view from the hotel is fantastic

The manager of the hotel was not polite and not professional at all. I strongly recommend not to go to the hotel even though the facilities and the view are very nice.
