Customer service, clean, nice design, lovely rooms

Small shower

Everything about this hotel wonderful.The staff are amazing,nothing was too much trouble. THey picked us up at the ferry port at 21.30hrs, then let us stay beyond our check out time so we could get a late night ferry on our last day there. Thank you for a fabulous relaxing time.

Nothing, all was perfect

Nice room, nice pool, access to nice beaches - good breakfast, nice restaurants next door.

the location,the comfort and the staff

it is too hot in the rooms;we need climatisation all the time;isolation is not perfrect the shower was very small and made of plastic did not match with the standing of the hotel For breakfast,the jam was not first quality

absolutely clean, great furniture, comfortable bed, perfect area by the pool to relax

Quiet and very relaxing leisure establishment

Excellent place. We were picked up from port as advised and taken back. Very good breakfast and a lovely warm pool. Could not have been any better. Lovely room and bathroom.

Everything is just around the corner. Like restaurant, rent a bike, sea. Everything! Location was excellent. Staff is very helpful, transfers from and to port and etc.

The shower was too small

The hotel was very nice, beds were really comfortable, much better than your average 3* hotel! We had a problem with our ferry. The wonderful ladies on reception helped us sort out the problem & drove us to the port to catch it!

hotel zwraca uwage nienachalnym, sluzacym relaksowi designem nawiazujacym do cykladzkiej bialo-niebieskiej tradycji. Fajny basen o zroznicowanej glebokosci + brodzik. Do plazy 50 m. Plaza czysta z pieknym widokiem na zatoke, góry i drzewa oliwkowe

Sehr schõne Zimmer direkt am Pool. Lediglich 50 Meter vom schõnen und kindersicheren Sandstrand von Galiassas entfernt. Ruhig gelegen aber in nächster Naehe von diversen leckeren Tavernen und Minimarkt. Reichliches Fruehstuecksbuffet. Transfer von und zu Hafen resp. Flughafen kostenlos. Ideal fuer einen ruhigen Familienurlaub im Herbst. Strand ist wohl während derw Hauptsaison recht voll. Lediglich 7 Kilometer von der wunderschönen Stadt Ermoupolis entfernt.

הדבר הראשון שהרשים אותי עם כניסתי למלון הוא העיצוב היפיפה הפשוט בצבעי תכלת בהיר ושמנת.כל הפריטים ( רהיטים,ריפוד וילונות עציצים תאורה)נבחרו בקפידה משתלבים באופן הרמוני עם סביבתם. ביקשנו וקיבלנו החדר הצופה ליד (בערך 50 מטר מהמלון). בריכת המלון יפיפיה אף היא. המלון מצוחצח מניקיון הצוות מקסים אדיב ונכון לסייע בכל בעיה.

בחדר חסר קומקום. האמבטיה צרה מאד וכמעט לא ניתן להסתובב בה

Δεν είχε σήτες στα παράθυρα, τα πίσω ισόγεια δωμάτια που βλέπουν στο κηπάκι δεν τα βλέπει σχεδόν καθόλου ο ήλιος

Hôtel très bien tenu avec chambre confortable et un personnel très sympathique. Belle piscine et très belle plage à proximité. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et bon. Nous avons pu aussi bénéficier d'un transfert gratuit vers le port d'Ermoupoli pour notre retour.

Un auténtico lujo por un precio justo. Situado en la parte más bonita de Syros, el personal es muy amable, te vienne a buscar al puerto y te devuelve allí. El hotel dispone de una piscina fbulosa, y esta al lado de la parada de bus para salir de excursion.

ιδανική τοποθεσία για χαλάρωση,ακριβώς στην παραλία του γαλησσά. εξαιρετικό πρωινό με πολλές χειροποίητες παρασκευές (πίτες,σπιτική λεμονάδα/βυσσιναδα),ήσυχο,πολύ άνετο, πάρα πολύ καθαρό, κομψή διακόσμηση, ευγενές προσωπικό

1)ελλιπής ηχομόνωση 2)το δωμάτιο δεν είχε πρίζες

Très bon hotel, chambres confortables, grande qualité. La piscine est bien, la plage très proche.

Le petit déjeuner est varié mais pourrait comporter davantage de produits frais (des tomates, des olives... on est en Grèce!)

L'accueil est très bien..à Votre service..un peu déçu car sur les phots ne se voit pas que l'hotel est cerné d'appartement..mais la plage de galissas est agréable..( Traversée de la route )

Contraiement aux photos ou pris en grand angle..l'hotel est enfermé au sein de groupes d'appartements..mais Galissas, et l'accueil sont très bien
