The good value for money. The location is excellent, nearby are many restaurants and bars, there is also the galaxy bar (Hilton hotel) which is the best!!! The hotel is near the city centre, walking distance a half an hour. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Near to two metro stations and within a 20 minute walk of Athens centre It was quite a small room at the back of the hotel with a view of a tenement block only 15 feet away. |

I liked the location of the hotel, close to where I needed to go The pictures of the hotel and hotel's rooms on the website are not realistic, the hotel is not so luxury. The room was very small as well as the bathroom, but most of all had a very bad smell of cigarette's smoke. The air conditioning was also very noisy. This hotel is good to just spend one night. |

I stayed for one night June 23/24. Thne only wish is to have a strong-box in the room, and the comfort would be exellent. With booking system: I had (or have) also reservation for the night July 2/3. I had a request to cancil the reservation (as I should be back earlier to above address, but did not receive confirmation. It is not good. A.A.Maltsev. |

Great location. Safe area. Quiet room. Flat screen TV. Friendly staff. Only for one or two nights it's fine. Don't stay longer. Small room with worn bed, not very comfortable. Noisy air conditioner. Room needs renovation. |

The hotel is located 15 min walking distance from Acropolis, very close to other point of interest. Staff is very nice, friendly, speak english. The room was clean, but rather not very modern. The bathroom is just fair. |

The staff was very helpfull - they were flexible with our check in time, helped us with informations about the city and the best places to go out at night, and gave us good tips in general. The location of the hotel is also very good - close to a few squares, where we could find restaurants and cafes, and quite close to the metro station (evangelismos). It's a very nice three star hotel. The breakfast wasn't very nice. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Athens. Their breakfast is simple yet gets you going for the day. The balcony views are nice for its location, and the bed is comfortable. Some staff was very helpful, yet some made it a chore to get things done. The price is a little high for the room size and the obvious lack of renovation since the early 1980's. |

The hotel became our home during a prolonged stay due to the ash cloud volcano incident. We were very well looked after,the staff were without exception very caring and considerate. We were comfortable, breakfast was plentiful,served with a smile. Lovely place,lovely people |

Did not like: The rooms, furniture, cigarette smoke in the non smoking floors and rooms, attitude of staff at reception, breakfast was poor in quality, quantity and choice. The pillows were smelling in sweat . The room furniture is outdated. Photos on the website seem misleading once you visit the hotel. |

The hotel was affordable, and the concierge/reception staff were helpful. The location is not close to anything in walking distance, so you would need to cab to a restaurant or shop (a few hotels with restaurants are nearby). While the rooms were clean, they were dark, small, and a bit depressing. This would not be a place where you would want to stay for long, but if it's only for a night or two, it's okay. |

Room cleaning is good.Acception's service is good. So simple breakfast,and bad service.No wireless internet at room.Lobby also can't find internet.Cable charge is E5/day.I used 4 days,booking value is E505, but they asked me paid E530, E5 more,I don't know the reason.I choiced it only as I have good experience at "Best Westen' at other cities I had stayed. |

staff of the hotel is very kind and friendly. the menu of the breakfast is poor and noise from the common area is uncomfortable, in spite of the room charge and the hotel's class. |

I had a very good time I think the location is excellent, the staff is very courtious - I recommend it warmly I would add a few channels to the TV only but this is very personal and really not an issue There is nothing negative I can think off |

I had great moments at Athens except Best Western Ilisia part. I do hotel business and I am totally disappointed. I booked 4 star hotel but unfortunately received 2 star service. Especially the breakfast was the weakest one I ever had and all the linens was stained & old. |

Friendly,smiling Staff, rooms were comfortable with minimal noise, walking distance to the nearby attractions, adjoining to the fast food restaurant No restaurant in the hotel, buffet breakfast is good but typed everyday, they could have made small variation to make interesting for children. No panorama as both balconies open in the small lanes facing the residential flats, but we will not count this as a shortcoming. |
