Very comfortable and in good central location. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. My experience was that the hotel is well managed and very good value.

I found the Best Western Ilisia Hotel perfect for my stay. I was attending a conference in Hilton which is just a 1 minute walk away. My accomodation was half that the conference delegates were paying in the Hilton. In Ilisia you received free wifi in lobby area; in Hilton, this would cost you €10 per hour. I found the reception staff extremely friendly and curteous in the Ilisia; especially Jorges. The breakfast-serving staff could have been a bit more friendly! Buffet breakfast was adequate also. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the metro. Great location. Overall, a good place to stay.

Everything was good. My only suggestion would be that free wifi in the rooms would be nice.

Convinient location, excellent staff, clean, nicely decorated.

There was a lot of noise from the plumming and the walls are relatively thin but I've found this is quite common (unfortunately) with this range of hotels in Athens. Breakfast is poor if you are on a healthy diet but I'm not and I was pleased to find that warm eggs and bacon are served, unlike some other hotels where there is a choice between ten kinds of yoghurt and no warm eggs. Coffee was very poor however, the hotel should really get an automated professional coffee machine for breakfast.

Noise from the air-conditioner

My friends were staying at the Hilton which was only a block away. The cost there was out of sight for me so I chose the Ilisia and was still very close to them. My room was very quiet and comfortable. My friends at the Hilton complained of the noise from the 13th floor nightclub and also from the club across the street. I heard none of that. My breakfast was just right and included in the room. They had to pay 29 euro each to have breakfast at the Hilton. They were wishing they had chosen the Ilisia as well. The front desk staff was superb. I turned in my key each time I left the hotel and they recognized me, giving me the right key upon my return without my having to tell them a name or room number. I was impressed. I felt very safe, a woman alone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travels ... great value.

Breakfast a bit dull. Would have preferred not to have this. Some guests were bringing in coffee from outside... A large cockroach jumped on me in the breakfast room.

Near to metro.

Everything. Dirty, small rooms. Empty minibar. Dirty and realy small bathroom. Looks like 1* hotel. It's even not 2* hotel. Never ever will visit this hotel again, even for free!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff (not too many).

Didn't like the fact that I was charged for using a PC station for accessing the Internet.! Breakfast at the minimum
