Clean, Breakfast, Staff
Vasilis at the reception is the man, helpfull for everything.
Carpets on the floor is dirty, curtain at the bath? and bathroom is really small.
We got jr. suite - it's not a huge room, but enough for 2 rooms separated by sliding door; Perfect for family with 2 kids (5 and 11 y.o.);As we were only spending nights in the hotel, that was all we need; The room was very clean, had balcony; Hotel had nice lobby where we could relax, purchase drinks (or bring your own); Hotel staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful;
Even though bathroom was quite big, there was very little room to put your toiletries; Wi-Fi was very slow at times; Lots of graffiti on the buildings next to the hotel;
cheap price and comfortable room
far from acropolis
Everyone is ready to help
Friendly personnel. Great value for money.
Comfortable with lots of free space room,2 tv sets,very clean ,balcony with nice view (5th floor)
One of the small beds for our youngest child wasn't very comfortable. We would mind the room being a bit warmer.
Our family of two adults and two children stayed in a junior suite and were very comfortable. Room was clean and affordable and breakfast was good. Staff were uniformly very helpful.
The immediate vicinity, while it seems safe, is not very fashionable and has a fair amount of graffiti.
Staff. Room, very clean, free internet, good local cafes,
The hotel is great for access to the museum, lycabetts mount and the hop on off bus service. Price was very good for 3 people including breakfast. Free computer access if required
Although the free wifi connects at speeds upto 70mbs. The actual Internet speed is limited to dsl speeds giving at most 3.5mbs even fron the free computers below the breakfast room. At times it was unusable. Could do with free tea and coffee in the bedroom and updating the snack info in the room info packs
Staff was really helpful, breakfast was really good. Staff gave directions for parking, even helped with our take-out dinner order!
The hotel is safe, but the location is in a questionable part of town. During the day it's fine. At night, with children, we were walking pretty fast.
For us the best hotel in Athens downtown.
Great location, tidy rooms , good for families due to access
Noisy room, uncomfortable spare beds, slow wifi
The staff was very friendly.
I was freezing while sleeping as AC was not working. I had to change room in the middle of the night.
No coffee making facility in room
In general I was happy with my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, quite and with good Wifi to catch up with work. The staff at reception was polite, no issues at all. I will definitely consider staying again if I am in the area.
The bathroom in my room was a little bit outdated. It needed some TLC. But not a big issue for me. The breakfast was not as good as I thought it would be. For $10 you can have a very good breakfast in a cafe by the center.
A below average BW hotel. Fair enough for its price. Breakfast is good though identical every day.
I did not like how the staff work: Reservation: a confirmation letter (required for visa) was sent two days later than promised. Room service: someone helped himself (herself) with a portion of honey we had brought from Meteora. Reception: made an attempt to charge us on check out though the stay had been fully prepaid. *** The property requires a renovation: broken or loose door handles, leaking shower cabin etc. *** Average response time for a ping is about 1500msec. Which means you have extremly SLOW internet connection. Do not dream about skype or video.
the staff cooperation with us was amazing and every time the smiles on their faces made us feel so welcomed, and the location near omonia station was excellent
maybe that nobody was there to help us with the luggage when we checked out and we had to take them by ourselves to the reception but for young ppl it wasn't that big of an issue for us
Location, Price, Quietness.
A little bad smell that comes from bathroom.
Far away from points of interest Poor Quality Blanket Bathroom needs renovation
Useful location, interesting area, friendly staff, good value breakfast at 6 euros, 15 minutes walk from Omonia or Viktoria metro stations. My room also had a safe in the cupboard. Small fridge was empty so could use it for own refreshments.
Nothing - I knew that the Exarchia area had a lot of graffiti but that was also something that made me want to stay there and to explore the area.
Staff were very helpful. The location was close to the metro station and wifi access was excellent.
The repetitive breakfast menu was too much if one had to stay more than a day or two.
Really nice breakfast
