great staff, very friendly hotel breakfast good bar very good
- inconsistent quality of bathrooms (showers are very old) - location of hotel near a museum, however surrounding location had large amout of grafitti, and what appeared to be an empty shell of a building. not good safety perception.
A bit to far from transportation. Rooms rather small. Athens is a very hilly city and not too good for very elderly people. I was travelling with a 82 yr. woman. Location of hotel is not so good. Too far from all interesting sites. For this sort of location the hotel rates must be lowered.
Helpful Staff, good location, comfortable bed, cleanliness
Great and quiet spot. Nice for relaxing.
No fried eggs in the breakfast buffet.
Friendly staff, decent breakfast, close to bus lines and small tavernas
A good ten minute walk to subway.
good location, friendly staff
Friendly staff, great breakfast, fast wifi, good price
it was a 30min walk to main tourist sights, also the metro was a 10-15min walk
The short distance ( 5 mins by taxi) to the main Athens square ( Sydagma) and great value for money!! I think I found my Athens Hotel for future visits to the city!!
Location to National Museum
Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. Convenient for major tourist attraction and tour buses.
Lift with issues working out which floor it was on.
Encontrei baratas no banheiro duas noites!
Location, staff, nearby restaurants, breakfast. Toaster, orange juicer, lift, toilets, wi-fi all unserviceable at some time. However, it didn't matter because everyone was relaxed and knew eventually they'd be fixed. Come back in an instant.
The stuff is very polite, always with a smile
THE STAFF AT RECEPTION ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP. THE STAFF AT BREAKFAST, COULD BE MORE POLITE AND THE ROOMS CLEANER AND HEALTHIER .
UNFORTUNALY, THE LOCATION SEEMED BLUNT DUE TO VERY POOR SURROUNDINGS.ALSO BECAUSE OF THE CRISIS IN GREECE IT MADE THE HOTEL TO LOOK; INFERIOR. MY ADVICE;KEEP HOTEL VERY VERY CLEAN AND BRIGHT.
location was perfect ,service was great , the staff were so helpful and smiley.
the wifi connection was really poor and needs improvement , but they compensated us with proper PC connected to a fast LAN connection.
Staff very friendly and super helpful, not to mention good looking. Clean & Neat. Bathroom has a nice large tub for a relaxing shower. Delicious & Generous breakfast. Great value for money. Right across from the National Museum...walk to the opposite side for beautiful graffiti.
Location is great for experiencing a different side of Athens but didn't seem too safe to walk late at night. (that's why there are Taxis.)
The reception is very nice
The location is a little bit far away from the metro
Close to good restaurants and the museum.Best shower in all of Greece.Staff very helpful in pointing out where the subway was and how to get to the acropolis.Gave us a map with recommendations of restaurants.Had to leave early for the airport, phoned for taxi, wake up call and had coffee and breakfast availible to us at 5:45.Felt very safe.
Staff tried to be helpful
Family room very small but cleaner than single rooms Single rooms x 2 in a different part of the building very outdated and not so clean Area behind hotel not great with drug users and a very unsafe feel day and night
Very attentive helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent value for money
Everything; especially the complimentary breakfast.
Limited shower space.
Fantastic welcome from helpful staff, room small but very clean, comfortable and great value. The location is excellent for visiting the Archaeological Museum, but do your research and know what you are letting yourself in for - excharcia is an interesting, arty and anarchic area, and although we didn't feel unsafe walking around we did see some pretty upsetting signs of poverty and open drug use.
Nothing negative to say about the hotel, but see comments on the area above!
The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location was GREAT.
